Useful

Good app to set up a vibration only alarm. Be sure to charge your iPhone before you go to sleep with this app as the battery goes away faster. User friendly interface. Simple but well programmed.

Luv luv luv it

I was looking for something simple and easy to use. I found it in this app. I'm very pleased. One thing I would like is if the alarm would pop up on the screen instead of having to unlock manually. If you would do this. I would give it 5 stars. Thank you for this app.

Best alarm clock

I’ve used a lot of apps, and I prefer this one by far. I have been using it for years now, and it has never failed me. What I do is I use an old iPhone 5, and never shut the screen off when using this alarm clock app. Since it’s an old phone I also don’t use do not disturb, just to be safe.TLDR: Great app for any iPhone. Just make sure the screen is left on for optimal results.

Pointless because it doesn't go off

I set the alarm and it never went off. It says that if you keep do not disturb on that the alarm won't sound. Who doesn't keep do not disturb on at night while they sleep? This is a useless app since it doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to.

More Wake-up songs

Everything about the alarm clock is great, especially the background use, except for the fact that we can only wake up to just one song. Could you guys allow more songs to be chosen as Wake-up song?

The best alarm clock I've found

This unassuming alarm clock app has a feature set and streamlined interface that pleasantly surprises in several ways.It's free, so you simply need to test it out and make your own assessment. I've tried about 20 different alarm clocks and have been using this one for the past 4 months or so. When "YoctoClock" stopped functioning on newer iOS's and basically became defunct - I was desperate to find a clock designed along the same lines. This "Hanbunco" alarm clock, was to be the replacement I was looking for. It is worth noting that, IMO, the simpler and more focused feature set of the app makes it *better* - all around - than YoctoClock.This is a "must try" app.

Nice alarm for setting only 1 alarm each day of the week.

It would be even better if we could set more than 1 alarm per day! It’s still a good app.

Mediocre

Sounds are nice. Fade in alarm is nice. Overriding Apple's lazy volume controls is nice. Ads are annoying. Quick set alarms are not particularly friendly to use as they are basically a nap alarm only. Have to turn the alarm on every freaking day even when it's set. Can't have multiple alarms daily. Changing the time of an alarm is dated. Only allows the minute hand to be set and you have to spin it to get hours to change. No digital clock option and can't simply click the hour hand or the hour position on the digital readout to set. Is a straight up duplicated app in the store (at least twice) to scavenge for people seeing it. Alarm requires you to open it to silence or shut off... this is absurd, hitting any button on the phone should at a minimum silence it.

Good features

I like the app. It has nice features. However, it seems to fail to sound when it goes off in the morning every so often. It’s not a regular issue, but just one in a while.

Operation

I was able to set the alarm for Monday’s at 5pm but further use of the app only allows me to turn the alarm off or on; no new times or days updating are offered just the one original alarm setting - No additional time and day settings offered. Help Please. Thank you.

EVENING: Relax and fall asleep to the sound of your favorite song or one of the preset sleep music. APP FEATURES: It has a feature that allows you to listen to sleeping music when you are ready to retire for the night. Through this feature, users can be smoothly lead off to sleep. WHY WE DEVELOPED THIS APP: The planning for this app started when we happened to hear from a nursery school teacher that, "The children always sleep well on rainy days." Through further investigation, we heard the same thing, not just from other nursery school teachers, but many mothers as well. But, through what mechanism this was happening by remained unclear. There are various theories, such as an atmospheric pressure theory (it was due to low atmospheric pressure), a light intensity theory (it was due to the sky being dark and cloudy), and a sound theory (it was due to the sound of rain being close to an f/1 tremor). We decided to focus on the sound theory and added a feature, to a basic alarm clock app that plays sleeping music, such as the sound of rain. From this, a total coverage alarm clock app, that can both smoothly lead you off to sleep and wake you from your slumber, was born. NOTES: - There is a possibility that the alarm may not ring at the set time under the following circumstances: * The device is set to silent mode * The device is set to Do Not Disturb mode * Notifications from this app have been disabled - If you are unable to find the music you would like to play within our app, the cause is likely that the music exists within the iCloud but has not yet been downloaded to the device. In that case, start up the standard music app and download the music to the device. Then, you will be able to select the music you want within our app.
