Great game you have too pay

This was an amazing game! I spent hours on it by far one of my favorite games everybody’s complaining about ads maybe it’s because Wi-Fi or something but the whole time I didn’t have any ads even if I wanted to have a hint, I didn’t get forced to have an ad. I think it’s just a glitch with my Wi-Fi or something. Debating on paying it’s only three dollars a half to see I probably will but I’m saving up for a trip! This was an amazing game I would say probably 12-year-old not 4+, Not because it’s inappropriate or anything I just think that would just need a 12-year-old to actually be able to figure out the stuff without a hint! Amazing mechanisms and wonderful story you truly never know or can predict what’s going to happen next. It’s not repetitive like most games. It’s truly one of the best games. It’s very time consuming, which I like, as I spent a lot of hours on the first one, but it’s so addicting so you don’t have to spend hours you can take a break in between chapters if you want I was just really getting into it. It has nice graphics and scenes. I’m playing on the phone so it’s very easy to maneuver on any device if you can do it on a phone! Anyway, I would rated 10 stars if I could so excited for the new chapter, I actually think I might buy it and I’ll play it on the on my vacation!

Lovely!

I’m pretty big into puzzle games, they’re frankly taking over my Steam account and decimating my wallet. Therefore, when I came across this free bad boy here, I was a little skeptical. Good and free don’t often live together. However, they do here. The user experience is phenomenal — the puzzles are well thought out, the art is stylized but detailed, there’s an actual STORY, and the mechanics and mechanisms are satisfying to operate. Without a doubt one of the best puzzle games I’ve ever downloaded onto my phone. Even gives some PC/console puzzle games a run for their money, all things considered. Now, chapters 2 and 3 (and extras alongside them) do cost a nominal one-time fee of like $3 or something, but you get a LOT of quality playtime for your buck. I just wish that the developers would make more games like this, because I’ve been looking for it since before I knew I was looking for it. Whenever they make more, I’ll prob be the first to download ‘em.Absolutely stellar job, lads. Please make more!!!

Incredible

I never write reviews for anything but this app deserves way more recognition. The game is incredibly well made, the puzzles are fun and challenging. If you like point and click games and like room escapes, this is one of the best games I’ve ever played on a phone. The free version lets you play a good amount of the story before asking you to pay to unlock the rest of the story. By the time Ive reached that point, I had no hesitation to pay for the rest of the story, it was just that well done. There’s only been one small glitch I’ve encountered in the game, otherwise it’s pretty close to flawless!

Fun plot and design, puzzles are unsolvable without hints

I weirdly like this game but it’s more of a love to hate it. When you start off the puzzles are simple but they quickly escalate to nonsense. And by nonsense I mean that the game developer must be some level of intelligence I’m not at, but hasn’t learned to water this down to an applicable level so 99% of us can solve the puzzles. Which is to say that after a couple chapters the solutions are utter nonsense. Why? Only the developer could know the solutions. The first half of the game is free so you just watch a ton of ads to get the hints. So that’s how that’s done. But it doesn’t end there once you hit the second half and pay 2.99 for the extra content, no ads etc. What happens is you pay and you just don’t have to watch an add for the free hint you need EVERY TIME. Luckily it’s such an engaging storyline, but it’s incredibly frustrating and needs to be more user friendly. Also for any classist individuals out there I have a Masters degree. The difficulties ain’t because of my smarts, lovies. It’s literally nonsense unsolvable puzzles without the hints.

Worth the money!

It’s a really fun game! I loved the puzzles, even when they were frustratingly hard to solve (but that’s only a handful of cases). As others have mentioned, the world design is great and you can open every drawer and move all the furniture, you really get the feeling that you’re searching a place. My issue with other mystery games is that all the things you can touch are useful to the puzzle, while this game makes it interesting by showing you non-interesting things. Also, the developers had a lot of fun with pop culture references :)

Fun, but sometimes nonsense puzzles

I enjoy playing this game and it’s definitely challenging and keeps me engaged - if I had to change one thing, I’d make it so the puzzles follow sequential steps or make a little bit more reasonable sense. In one level, you have to change times on the clocks to open doors -there’s nothing in the prior step that helps a player logically reason that would be the next step (lots of one cabinet using a key and the other needing books rearranged….doesn’t make sense that they’d have different mechanisms of opening on the same cabinet). Overall, think some improvements could be made to the riddles themselves and would recommend a bit more flexibility of rotating and zooming in in the room (being stuck in certain angles can be tough to get out of) - but I still enjoyed it and found myself playing it through. Would just like to be able to actually reason my way through the levels instead of having to use a bunch of hints with illogical puzzles!

Couldn’t put it down!!

I absolutely love puzzle and mystery games, and this was a perfect blend of both. The unique, 3D style interaction made every puzzle even more in depth; simply turning a room 90° could reveal the piece to the puzzle you’re missing. I love all the different settings and puzzles, and ESPECIALLY how long this game is!!! I would absolutely recommend this game. Some puzzles were a little tricky, but a little help from a walkthrough wasn’t far away. This game really got my mind working and I played it for days straight. Currently looking for a good enough game to play after!!

This is the best game I’ve ever played!

I do hope they come out with more because this is hands down the best iPhone game I have ever played. Totally worth the $3 trust me. Many people are commenting that some puzzles are impossible but I don’t think that’s true! Some are really really challenging but my husband and I both played this game (separately) and he did not use a single clue. So it is possible, you just might spend a whole day trying to figure out one piece. If you like escape rooms like me you’ll really enjoy this story and all the puzzles! I LOVED this game and it gave me a week or two of game play! I liked the moving around aspect much more than The Room series and you get way more hours of fun. 10/10 would recommend! Developers, PLEASE make a sequel!

Great but could use work

I binged this game and the additional chapter in about 7 hours. It had me hooked. I would love to play other games just like this!! The only issue with this game is sometimes the solutions are completely random and illogical and there really weren’t hints that could lead you there. It kinda ruins the game when you’ve run through the whole map in a chapter several times looking for clues and the solution was something random or something no one would do or notice because of how tiny or invisible the hints are. Also, they’d randomly jumble the characters from the hint in a 6-8 # sequence password so you have to randomly throw them around until it’s right. Otherwise, fun for sure and the music and graphics were pretty well done! (: Thanks for this game!!

Best Puzzle Game

I have been looking for a game that would intrigue me with its puzzles. This is a very well made game with its unique secret room aspect that does not disappoint. I just love the fact you need to rotate each room to find more clues. The puzzles can be difficult at times, but the challenge is worth it. The story so far is interesting even though I only finished the first five chapters. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps, in the next game if there is one, the story would be be catered towards detective work, and interviewing different people throughout the story. Other than that I look forward to playing the other chapters! I typically do not leave reviews. However, this game deserves praise. Hats off to the developer, and I would love to see more unique games similar to this one in the future!
