Stupid

My account is literally banned and I just downloaded the app I joined two lives and didn’t even talk and now my account is banned for whatever reason and I can’t even communicate with my friends I am literally so upset about this what a waste of time was good when I first downloaded it and now I can’t even reach support to get it unbanned.

DONT GET

This app is horrible. It’s toxic. THERE ARE NO RULES. They allow people to bully and show other peoples pornographic content and videos to “ expose” people and they never ban the people who do it. As well as, the app banned me multiple times when I never do anything against guidelines. Half the time my camera is off and I’m just laughing and talking with my friends. I never show anything inappropriate or nun of that. Now y’all have banned my account permanently when I was just sitting in a live with like three people in it doing nothing and I was on mute. Every time I try to appeal, it takes me to the support and nothing happens. The bot doesn’t talk or say anything. I’ve bought coins in this app and immediately gotten banned for 24 hours after. It’s bogus, fix your system.

I been banned for a whole week I contact three many of time the just Ignored me I dm them on there instagram page and emailed them ,still haven’t hear anything they unban a lot of people .Many people that been ban more then three times . I been ban once this will be my second time , This time it wasn’t me someone had my phone did what they did but . That’s not the point they need to fix that problem. Other than that the app is fun

suggestions

they should allow the host to mute people and let there be more designs to the app otherwise it's an average app. like make the mute button by the record button instead of in the settings option. it's easier to click and would look better. i also think that letting us change the background of the lives would be cool. like instead of grey the host can change the colors or add a picture. you could also add a feature at the top of dms showing all your friends that are online or in lives so it's easier to see which people are online or in lives. its easier for people to join their friends lives and looks better. just suggestions to make it better.

Lame

I’ve gotten banned over 10 times for nothing. Today while I WAS AT WORK and my camera was off i got banned for no reason. they updated their systems so now support is in the app but i got quicker replies from gmail then that option. i’ve been getting banned back to back for nothing i’ve done everything everyone has told me and still didn’t get verified even tho i have almost 2000 followers im deleting this app and going back to yubo this is pathetic
