Good so far but the characters are super annoying…

I paid $10 for the full game and am enjoying it so far. Just finished Duskwood and wanted something similar to play. My only complaint is that most of the characters are super annoying and it kind of ruins the game. I’m rolling my eyes at half of what they say and wish they would stop talking. And the answers you can choose from to respond are kind of ehhh. But I like the story and look forward to seeing where it goes. I really like that i can watch an ad to get extra moves on the mini games or can use my coins to skip them.

Updated Review- It’s cool ..

Okay so I am on the last chapter and …the concept of the game is really good and I am semi addicted to playing. Main things I dislike are the actors. Their voices and mannerisms are so unbelievable and cringey lol. Also I dislike all of the hacking sequences. They wouldn’t be so bad if there was an option to maybe buy certain tools to help beat the game (kinda like on candy crush), but it does give you an option to skip if you want to pay for it. Also the story in general just feels kind of random and doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to be happening over a group chat. But all in all if you don’t look so deep into things like I do it’s a decent game.

It’s an entertaining game but…

It isn’t a pay to play but it requires money if you don’t want to watch a bunch of ads to try and move forward. It’s also hilarious when the puzzle says easy but is far from it. They try and force you to pay to move on faster, but this game isn’t worth my money for that. I’m enjoying it and have a lot of patience but just be prepared if you don’t like spending money, they know. #UPDATE! Ever since I left this last review I have had the worse time beating an “easy” puzzle! 🤣😂 I will not pay for this game but my God they will do what they can to force you!

The story might be good if you could get there

Unlike many people, I like mini games in this type of game. I hate these. I’m only three mini games in and they are already unsolvable. Literally. If you get down to the last color (already hard to do) the game STOPS giving you ANY pieces of that color! Also, this isn’t like Duskwood. It IS Duskwood. Only, you know, not good. The characters are annoying, as others have said. The reasons for you being involved are even more shallow. There is the same basic cast of cliched characters, except that in Duskwood they felt real and here they feel like caricatures. There is the same mysterious hacker, the same mystery back guy with unknown motives. Maybe it gets better as it goes on, if I could only get there.

This game is amazing

So far I just started playing and I’m immediately in love with the graphics and everything honestly the only thing I didn’t like which was my fault 😅 was that the call with Anna got hung up while I was checking my phones batterie😑 personally I love the game and the acting is great the whole thing is just so much fun and scary (I didn’t get scared but I was definitely surprised)

AMAZING 🤩

I’ve only been playing this game for about half an hour now, but it’s so fun! Absolutely NO ADS, the choices when you chat have a lot of variety, and it can be completely free if you want to to be! You can pay for a previous version to access certain videos and chat options, but it's optional! There is some inappropriate language in the game, but I do think that 12+ is a good age rating. This game is AMAZING if you are looking for a little scare, and I definitely recommend! WARNING ⚠ THE HACKS THAT ARE IN THE GAME ARE NOT REAL SO IF YOU GET SCARED AND THINK YOUR PHONE IS GETTING HACKED DON'T WORRY IT'S PART OF THE GAME ANWAYS GO PLAY THE GAME IT'S AMAZING

Unique App!

This is very interesting! I am still working in the first chapter but it is like nothing I have ever played before. I love that there aren’t constant ads popping up and it does a great job and being personalized and interactive keeping your attention. It is very well made and I recommend giving it a chance if you’re looking for something new and/or enjoy reading 🥰

great game but

i love this game i had just played the orphanage and since they haven’t finished it i decided to check out another one of their games. it went great for the majority of the game, there were a couple glitches where i had to restart the game but things would go smoothly after that. I had gotten very close to the ending of the game when all the sudden there was a strange glitch. the game wont progress at all, no matter how much i restart the app. i contacted them through a link in the app over a week ago and i havent gotten any response. i was pretty stoked to play the ending since i would play this game for hours on end. i even tried another game of theirs and very early on experienced more glitches which ended in the game not working at all either. i spent money on that one since i enjoyed their games so much but when i contacted them about it, which was also around a week ago, they never got back to me. i hope these issues can be fixed because i love the games.

Okay

I’m only on the very first set of mini games and was having trouble with the last one. They are labeled easy. I probably won’t be able to finish this game due to the mini games as I’m already having trouble with them.EDIT: So still not a huge fan of the mini games, but an awesome thing these developers did is allow you to watch a video for three more turns. And you can keep doing that until you’ve completed the level. Most games let you watch a video once and that’s it, you’d have to restart the level. Or you have to spend money for more moves. Thankful this is not the case for this game.

Healing

Ok. At first I didn’t give this game a lot of credit, but the longer I’ve played it, the more I see how great this game is. It’s definitely thriller material the farther you go, and you feel so involved in it it’ll make you get chills even. The mini games are so hard! Like.. too hard even. But they’re also fun. It’s different than any puzzle games I’ve ever played before. And the characters in the game stay in character, are weary and not as quick to trust us, this random stranger, I appreciate how realistic it is. 5 out of 5 stars for me. (Also, love the hidden chats that come with premium *wink*)
