Suspicious

These books are entertaining and well done, but unfortunately I have to give them a low rating due to the apps suspicious behavior. I have purchased all of the iclassics and found that they all immediately default to the 'on' position in cellular data and immediately use nearly a megabyte of data. Why a book would need to use any data at all is curious and that they use that much data is both odd and suspicious. I wrote to the company at the email posted on their website but received no response. I cannot recommend purchasing these books unless they stop this practice of sending whatever data they're gathering and using customers cellular data without permission.

Awesome!

This is a beautifully crafted, amazingly interactive way of reading/ingesting these classic stories. So entertaining and just a terrific experience- top notch programming, obviously, with no glitches whatsoever. Really fun for the younger AND older reader alike, and even if you already know the story, this enhances it so much!!

Loved my first iClassic interactive read!

This was the first iClassic interactive read that I've purchased and I LOVED it. The art is engaging and memorable, the story is interactive in just the right places and the music added to the atmosphere of the horror story. Have already purchased a few more that I will be reading. Highly recommended for children and adults alike.

Beautifully done, although shorter than I had imagined

A very creative way of presenting excellent literature. However, I was finished in 30-45 minutes, and I had expected a bit more than that for the price of $2.99.

Absolutely phenomenal

As a fan of classic literature, and the beautiful job that iClassics has done so far with the works of some of history‘s most famous writers and poets, to see the original comical ghost story with all of its drama and etiquette made so beautiful with the modern touch of art and interaction for the reader, warms my soul. I am extremely pleased with the presentation of this classic story, and I hope that this company continues to bring more to the readers. ☺️❤️

Love the Fixes.....but.....

I’m so happy to see the fixes have made it in for almost all of the books. So they all get five stars as always and I can now get to the ones I haven’t read yet. Only one question - will you be fixing the last two - Canterville Ghost and Sleepy Hollow? I know I can read them elsewhere but I was looking forward to the design of the standalone works for each. These have been some of the best ‘apps’ I’ve ever bought on Apple. Great idea to create them!!! Thanks - Ric
