It is Awesome! (Not)

I saw that there was in-app purchases and I thought this would be another one of those apps that if you don’t pay you don’t do anything. But I was wrong! Since I don’t pay for apps I just normally get the free version and the free version is bad! You write the script and then when you take the video it shows up on the screen so you can read it like a real teleprompter. You can pick different modes and features and it is overall great. There is just one problem.🙁 I don’t get the green screen. I don’t get how to see what the background with you in it looks like. I know I will figure it out!😃thanks!

Well it was going good until…

I’ve got this app and I was having the best time ever I’m an actor on commercials so this really helps me I did like it till after a couple times of doing it it said that if I wanted to keep playing on the app I had to review so here is my review I didn’t like how it forced me to review it in order to keep playing that’s why it’s only four stars but other than that I think it’s one of the best apps in the world! Well I just kept playing on the app and I’m adding to my review I no longer think it’s the best app in the world and this might be kind of selfish but I thought the app was free but it’s charging me seven dollars a week which I don’t think is reasonable but that’s why I’m deleting the app now and I’m not gonna get it again if you want a free app this isn’t the one for you

The prompt

Take the demo and you’ll see it’s everything it says it is. I went from 6 months of always getting ready for content to editing to a rabbit hole leaving my passion lost in translation. This app single handedly brought me to vlogging and podcasting the first day I tried right at the demo. I even bumped my career up to creating content for other ppl and meeting deadlines with no slack nor frustration from filming remotely. Anyone can do if they use it! I’m not kidding or jazzing it up. People really consider me a reporter and stuff just from blogging to this app. Aw man I wish I opened this when I first downloaded it

Needs some work with audio and editing

This seems like a pretty good App, except for the fact that the editing features are lacking. For instance, when I put an audio music to it the volume overpowers the talking audio when it is finalized no matter how it was manipulated in that section of the App. One should be able to change where and when the audio and other video edits come in. There is no option for a exit video, but only an intro video, and again it needs to be made so one can precisely edit where and when it comes in. Logo’s should be able to be sized and opacity set.Intro videos should also have the option of bringing in the music then and if it should continue during the regular video.

Seems ok but expensive

This app just made me do a review in order to unlock premium features so I didn’t really like that because I don’t review anything. As far as pricing goes it seems a little bit high but if you’re using it for business you can write it off. I like the features and will continue with it to see how well it works for me.

Nice but a few issues

The best teleprompter app I’ve used but has a few things that could be improved. A couple of examples is a way to clear all of the sidebars on the video screen so you can see exactly what you’re filming and better handling of landscape mode. If you are in landscape and want to film a new take, you have to rotate to portrait and then back to landscape for the teleprompter text to be the correct orientation. Also wish it had a few more post editing options such as fade in and fade out. All in all a good app. Hope they update a few things soon.

TRULY, ZERO STARS

I never write bad reviews or care to. But yesterday I working all day on a presentation that is due in a few hours, and THE VIDEOS WON’T DOWNLOAD! It keeps glitching every time I try to choose resolution. Only 2 out of 5 videos made it through after clicking Time to Share hundreds of times. I’m gonna have to get a new app from a better company, and drive back to the location where I filmed all this and do the work over again. BESIDES THAT, there are tons of user complaints from last year about the app prompting you to review while you’re in the middle of filming a project. So frustrating. Their customers have told them that, and still no change to the system?? Get out of here.

Forced reviews don’t work

I was just starting to enjoy this app when I was forced to leave a review. I haven’t even gotten a good sense of how it works. While I admit that I am enjoying it so far and it is definitely competitive to the apps that you’ll pay for, it doesn’t seem that I’m allowed to use this app until I leave this review. So I could’ve left a five star review once I was given a chance to really utilize the app and get to know it, but since I was forced to leave a review in order to discover its potential, I can only in fairness leave a comment and rating that is neutral. Technology is important, but it’s so is the personal experience. Now, hopefully since I’ve written this review, I can go back and use the app and not be stopped.

Asking me if I’m enjoying it after EVERY SINGLE TAKE.

I think I have the potential to like this app. I’m on the three day trial but signed up for the annual subscription for that very reason. I’m just getting started trying out some sample takes on a script and between every single take it asks if I’m enjoying the app and if I’d like to say why In a review. I tried yes. I tried no. So here I am reviewing this. If I pay for an app at a hefty $60 per year, I don’t want to have to answer questions between every take. I just want to use and enjoy the app.

Works great so far

I haven’t used it more that 60 seconds, but it seems well built. Can’t say anything about the video function yet because I haven’t been able to use it before I was asked for a review. Tech Support, if you’re reading this, you need to fix this immediately. It’s dishonest and lacks integrity. There’s enough reviews saying the same exact thing I’m saying, so you know about the issue. If it was an honest mistake, you’ve had enough time to fix it. By leaving it as is, it clearly shows your company’s approach to business. I won’t give you a 5 star rating until you fix it.
