I would give a 5 star but...

...I have a major issue that some people probably have to deal with too. I wouldn’t really be a big deal if I could still play the game, but I literally can’t even play it... I have an issue where I start up the game but I can’t click the “Start Adventure” button because it’s grayed out... I’m logged in to FB and tried logging in again and also closed the game and also reinstalled multiple times. But it’s like I can only play the game when it allows me to play.(Unrelated but still a stupid concept. The game has a pay to win currency called Spirals and even free to play users can get them by doing achievement and quests. But you can’t even use them to buy most things... There’s free Spirals and the Spirals you buy. Literally like 90% of items can only be bought with IAP Spirals.) What a joke of a concept...

Hmm

When I played the game in 2020, the game was fine and I made so many characters and all that fun stuff, but then a few months later in may I was not able to play the game for some reason so I stopped playing it. Then in June 2021, I started playing it again. The reason why I could not play it was because it took to long to load. When it was not working for my phone, I used my iPad. I had full faith my iPad was going to work because I had a different device, but that did not work it’s still not working. So after I waited a few minutes for it to load, it stopped and said there was an error. I tried it again and it still says there’s and error. Even if I exit out of it it still does not work

awesome

i never thought i would finally write a review for this game. it's a really good game despite the fact it's more of a pay to win game. however with the event going on right now, you get more free things such as treasure maps from the side quests. which i think is a great add-on since i started playing awhile back and it was surely harder. since shells are one of the basic currencies, it grants more shells and other things throughout those side quests. if you have ever wanted to play, right now would be the best time as I am not sure how long these side quests will be available since there is an event going on. just because others spend money on this game and advance faster doesn't mean you cant enjoy the game for free! doesn't matter how much money you spend, the game outcome is the same!

Love it, But

I’ve been on and off with the game for almost 4 years with 2 accounts..The graphics and game play are so much fun and I’ve made several friends who I still talk too to this day on a regular… I would give this game a 5 Star…BUT…It super hard to play if u have a job cause a lot of events happen during the day so it hard to keep track unless u spend money and I’ve spent a lot of money cause I love the I’m game items and clothing you can get…I wish they can do something for the events to make it possible for people who are only available in thw early morning or night to play and advance without just splurging money to keep up..So that the only reason I give it 3 Stars

Owned VS free spirals are a big issue-

This is just something I would consider if you are a new player, I’ve had friends quit playing because they didn’t have the time to constantly grind for material and BR points and ended up giving up. While fun this game is pretty unfriendly to FREE TO PLAY player. I really enjoy playing TOW. I’ve made some great friends on it, my guild is wonderful, and the daily events are fun and interesting. I’ve been playing just a couple months and am already a pretty mid/high BR on my server. Im free 2 play only, and while it’s hard to compete with people who do pay, it’s not impossible…if you were lucky. One of my major issues with this game bower is as you get more powerful the more difficult it is too enhance your character. My big complaint right now (as is many peoples) is free spirals VS “owned” (bought) spirals. This is mostly an annoying inconvenience that just looks very greedy on the developers part, but I understand it is a game and they do have to pay their employees. BUT some items like the ENHANCED ESSENCE that is used to BLESS outfits when you unlock the luminous wardrobe is only obtainable through purchasable spirals. You can’t enhance any outfit past a +9 because you MUST spend money to get the spirals necessary to enhance them any further. That’s my biggest complaints but the unlocking of the headpiece slots with collectibles (that are pretty hard to come by) is also an annoying feature.

Best MMORPG

Honestly dont listen to the bad reviews about p2w. Of course theirs options that help you gain things quicker when you pay but the game is very good at giving gold drops etc. alot of people i know arent p2w and are stronger then p2ws. Besides that, this game is literally the greatest mmorpg in the app store to date. The gear reminds me of world of warcraft with the glows the shine, it has so much character customization they have over a 100 outfits ( plus the gear you can wear without a outfit ). The gameplay is very smooth, theirs tons of stuff to do, guilds are verg active, world chat is active, theirs cross server playing now so its not hard to find teams and complete what you need to. Ive spent money in the game just for fun, they deserve it so we can keep getting updates. Only thing i dont like id arena, really the only 1vs1 pvp but its a bot. Would be awesome if u can duel people around town etc.. still best game their is. Thank you neocraft for creating a masterpiece

Twin star class

This game is amazing, I love the characters, clothes, and more. But ever since the twin star class came out, my cousin really wanted to switch to it. So after we went through the quiz, her and I realized you would have to be level 90 to switch to the class. And since she was only level 72, and I knew that when your level 80 you have to pass awakening or you can’t switch classes. And I find it really unfair. She really wanted to be that class but now she can’t because of this stupid level 90 to be twin star crap. I really hope you fix this.

Very fun and cute

Been playing for only a few days but I like this a lot. I play way too many mmo rpg battle or open worlds ones an this is just plain fun. Wish they would have more things to do once you hit 20’s-30’s because it’s lev capped and becomes a real bummer when nothing gives xp or events are during certain time only. Makes it a let down. I’ve tried around 5 classes. All can be male or female which I LOVE. there’s a ton and I mean ton of looks aka costumes for those who are like muwah…and want costumes hehehe…. I do wish the face hair etc. had way more options. It’s very limited and being a big player of these people like to make unique looking faces hairs colors you name it. Add that change an you will have more willing to try this game and be hooked;).

Urg!

I really want to give this game a 5 stars..the only thing holding me back is the fact that there is a difference between free spires and paid and that they can’t just be used the same. I find it to be greedy. You have a good game...one that I have put some money into. I love everything about this game except this one thing I can’t get past I have read multiple things on Reddit and Facebook of people complaining about this. It makes it seam like a money grubbing scheme. I really wish mobile game creators would take a note from pc version mmos with a better platform for buying In game currency. And have a bigger market with different options and not just for holidays.

Could Have Been Perfect..

For the most part this game is actually really amazing. What ruins it tho is the massive pile of limitations. You can only earn so much exp per day, the sever level cap only increases every day or two (and only by 1 level at a time once you get to around lv50), and to top it all off, the main quest line is level locked. What this all translates to is the player waiting around for an entire week just so they can continue to progress in the main story. But the amount of progression you’re able to make will only take about 10 minutes since the story’s required power is way below what you’ll have by the time it becomes available. If they just removed the limitations and allowed players to play as much as they wanted without restrictions this would probably be the best mmo on mobile (and Probly even a top mmo across all platforms).
