Energy

This game is extremely addicting and fun, but I find energy to be a pain. I find that if I use all of my energy and let it regenerate over night it only gets to ~70 or so. Snack time and The ability to buy energy does help a bit though, but buying energy costs 150 or around there off sale (But they might have changed it to only 60 as I no longer see the banner thing which is great) and snack time only gives you so much. Furthermore you can only buy 400 energy a day. However this game does not require too much grind, and when you do it’s quite fast due to the feature where you multiply your energy usage for more rewards. I find the grind very rewarding as well, or maybe I just like seeing numbers go up. The combat is also fun although I despise seeing a Shana, those demons will ruin your day.Edit: I am pretty sure it was ~150 (although maybe I remembered wrong), but now the off sale price is 80 which is great!

Just suggestions to make the game fair for me and everybody else

Hi! I really love the game and the artwork since I love anime but since its a anime crossover in which has 25 different anime. It would be cool if you can show that this anime character belong to this anime. Another thought I had was that tutorial was kinda bad in my opinon. Here’s why(I might have missed some things in the tutorial sorry but if I did. It would be really cool if you could have a button to restart the tutorial to tell you where things are incase you forgot) the tutorial didn’t mention about some terms like “Void agent” and, another thing is that I forgot where “Bag” was to upgrade my equipment and so it took me a long time for me to finally realize that i have been looking at it for several hours (Legit) and how to make the characters attack this one target you want instead of watching it attack the front or the whole group.

Crossing void. Almost perfect anime crossover.

I downloaded this today and started playing. The idea of collecting different characters from different series is just one of those things anime fans would consider possibly the most greatest feature ever. My first impressions were a little lacking after looking at the App Store page, but decided to try it anyways. Currently still on chapter 1 while writing this review and so far the game and story is really good. The Gacha system is a little difficult to understand because of the different currencies you need for certain tickets. But for the most part it’s not as bad as it seems. My only gripe about the game is the loading time and the game being a bit buggy. Currently using an IPhone XR and I’m getting a lot of freezes and hiccups on different menus and loading screens. I’ve restarted the app multiple times so far and it’s not very pleasing. Also I was disconnected from the sever at one point. I’m not quite sure what it might be, but for me this is a huge issue. The game itself is wonderful. The negative is that the loading and freezes take away from my full enjoyment of the game. If the developers can find a solution for this load times and freezes this game would be one of the top anime crossovers/Gacha games ever.

Great game for anime fans

Ignore the haters saying bad loading times and lag there is no lag after you finish downloading great game and fun I love the animations and combat it feels like you’re in the anime and there I love how they mixed in some of my favorite anime like dururara, sword art online, accel world, and black bullet the characters and their unique skills are very fun and this is the first game with a useful auto mode that isn’t annoying you can just go do something and all your characters will automatically use all the right skills and they are quite good it’s a new game so of course it’s gonna. Be a little slow loading but I say if they keep updating this game is one of the best games on the AppStore and one of my all time favorites 10/10 great game I would even spend money in it because it’s worth trying to get your favorite anime characters the only problem I have is server issues sometimes and loading times which thats natural with new games the game came out yesterday globally but it only happens sometimes most of the time it doesn’t load slow they will patch it up in a update if you love anime I definitely recommend this game👍🏻

Great game, but not quite perfect...

To get to the point: This game is good. One of the better Gacha style games to date. It’s mainly f2p, but has the option to p2w (at a very poor exchange rate) making it more f2p friendly. Combat is good (though tends to drag on once you get your rhythm down). And the difficulty scales well without leaving you behind to spend days grinding. The developers stay in touch with the community and actively engage with it.All that said, there are 2 key issues I have. The first is the “bugs”. This game tends to get stuck loading very small things often. It’s usually only a 10second loading time, but they add up when there should be no need for it. There are a couple of other small bugs that roam around, but they are by far much tamer and rarer. The second thing is how the story is handled. It’s nothing new to have cutscenes for the story, but Crossing avoid tries to throw in some battles as well into it. These battles, though, award nothing, don’t really add to the story, and are so easy you would have to do nothing every single turn to lose. The reason I find this to be a big issue is because while they could be giving you different teams of people to try out or something they choose instead to just waste both it and the players time.To sum it up: I would strongly suggest that anyone reading this to try this game out. Just be aware of what you’re currently getting into.

It’s alright

I’m not much into fighting games, but I did enjoy this. The fighting system is really cool and unique, and the animations remind me of older fighting games Street Fighter. Not to mention the collection of different characters and all the ways they can be used together is great. The art and menu setup are awesome, the music is cool and feels on pace. I haven’t had the lagging issues some people are mentioning. But I do have some issues. The gacha system makes no sense. The leveling system makes very little sense. You have to grind like nothing else to level up new characters. But my biggest issue with it is the trainings. What is going on in the trainings?! You don’t even get to use your own characters! I don’t understand what the point is. If you win or lose you don’t get to keep the exp on that character BECAUSE ITS A RANDOM CHARACTER NOT IN YOUR PARTY OR BAG! You only get to use your own characters for actual fights, so if you get stuck somewhere, have fun grinding. And there’s way too much going on. The event doesn’t make sense. The order system doesn’t make sense. The special move system doesn’t make sense. Not even the gacha keeps its promises. It’s a good time waster. But don’t get your hopes up.

Love the game but infinite loading

So this game has many of my favorite characters from anime back in the days, and the mechanics+farm system are all close to what i consider perfect. Everything is fair, farming is simple and not as grindy and time-consuming, and apparently you can even rank up characters from A to S. But this server is actual trash right now. I don’t if it’s the amount of people playing rn or something, but the game is constantly giving me the loading circle, and it’s so often it’s insane. Try to turn auto off in prep screen? Loading circle. Try to change one equipment? Loading circle. Trying to change anything? Loading circle. You get the idea. On top of which, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one tired off seeing “you’ve been disconnected from server, saku’s working on it” and then being softlocked out of the game. Well, that’s my two cents, will update if fixed.Update: general gameplay is smoother, but I’m not changing the rating yet because in real time pvp, I Still get randomly frozen and then soft locked, ending with an auto loss more often than not.Update for update: no more disconnect, 10/10 game

Great game...almost

The game is very fun and I definitely enjoy playing it and I like the play style of the game. The problem is the extremely frequent connection errors. No matter where I am I’m constantly being disconnected from the servers and getting kicked out of matches. The worst part is that you can be just about to win and the game will lose connection and the progress isn’t saved so you restart. The gameplay is enjoyable, but collecting characters and improving them can be a pain. The gacha rates (at least for me) are awful and I keep getting duplicate characters and struggle to build a team for certain battles (for example sometimes you may have to kill the rear enemy first in order to clear the level with 3 stars). I also find it difficult to save enough of the currencies to actually pull characters in the first place, but even when I have enough I get copies anyways. If you are an f2p player, you probably will struggle a bit like I am because of the awful rates and difficulty earning the currency. P2ws must be having a great time though since there’s plenty of deals to get S characters for the premium currency. To improve the game I would suggest that the gacha rates should either be upped, a lot, or make it less difficult to earn the currencies that is spent for the character pulls. Though overall I think this is a fun game, I just wanted to leave input for others who may be interested.

S tier unit issues

Just as the title says there are many issues with the s tier units in game. It’s not the characters are bad in any way. Just that the system to get them and make the stronger is the worst. At the time of this review I had just found out that talent shuffled units can’t get awakened until you rolled one of the s tier units from gacha. From many who are f2p this system is quite terrible as you will have to roll a “3rd” s tier unit to awaken. And for many new players, the game doesn’t say this anywhere, and I mean absolutely no where. And the first time this has been discovered was in January, and there has not been a single description update at all. Now the second issue I want to address is limited gacha. With the limited unit banners, having a very high chance (example 12% for S tier) to get the limited unit who is guaranteed to be acquired on the next roll to either get a S or A tier does not matter at all. Now I haves rolled and the chances was 82% for a S tier and at least 8% for a A tier but instead the game decides that 82% is to low and gives me a A tier. That isn’t just the problem during my gacha pull I pulled a 0.01% S tier unit and not a 12%. Like how is this possible oh wait limited gacha isn’t really fair.

Unit issues

I’m unable to turn my 1 star S rank Alice into a fragment for my 4 star Alice so I can try to awaken her one more that’s a huge issue right now but I was lucky RNG was on my side when I pulled her but what’s the point in pulling multiple units if I can’t decompose to get fragments or use them to inherit so I can shuffle their talents or awaken them seems like a huge waste of money if you’re P2P you’ll buy a unit to use as an gold fragment to awaken your powered up unit and run into the same problem I’m running into on top of that the game kept making me lose burst link battles by freezing on me leaving me with no option but to close the game and reopen it to find out I lost that battle I love this game but those are my issues I have and my 1 star Alice is showing that she’s awaken one time like my 4 star Alice I don’t what’s going on lately it’s really like I could buy a unit and that unit still be connected to my level 40+ unit even if my 1 star unit is at level 1 and it’s saying my 1 star Alice is on display like how is that even possible she’s not our on any missions or in any of my teams it’s not making any sense really but I love this game I’m just having those issues I don’t know if I’m the only one but please fix this issue and I just updated the game twice the other day I thought an update was supposed to fix problems in the game not bring issues
