I received my photos and I just love them, I put them up as soon as I could! Unfortunately my email said they were delivered a few days ago and I had went on the porch and waited the next day, still no box. I started to get worried so I sent them an email to see where they could possibly be! I received an email back saying they were here to help, I had updates which was amazing and how she was going to call and do what she could to find it ! And few days went by with her help and I finally received them ! Thanks to Caitlin ❤️

Love!

My husband and I took an amazing trip to South Africa. We had awesome pictures and really wanted to feature as many of them as we could. Sweet Pix was the perfect option. It could not have been easier to choose the photos we wanted, upload them, edit as needed and place the order. We receive them in a shorter amount of time than promised and our wall looked incredible. Unfortunately, we had to take the photo boards down when we moved. I wrote to the company to ask about the double-stick tape - if I could purchase more or if they could recommend something that would work. I received a reply from Caitlin within a couple hours and was told she would send me as many pieces as I needed for FREE! I had to tell her how many boards we had (18) and our new address. She placed them in the mail the very next day. You will not be disappointed with Sweet Pix.

Best Customer Service!

I ordered some photo tiles and some of them got damaged during shipping. I emailed the company and within a few hours, I got a response saying they would gladly replace the damaged tiles. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days and I will continue to order from them because of this and because the quality of the images is excellent. They are very clear and the color is perfect. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Wanted to love it, but...

My cousin has pics like this in her basement and I absolutely love them. The reviews are wonderful, so I was looking forward to purchasing photos. So much so that I was having troubles narrowing my photos down. After hours of searching for the perfect photos and going back and forth to choose the ones I wanted the app crashed and I lost the 32 photos that I finally landed on. This is the fourth time that I had to start from scratch (one time I accidentally closed out of the app). I don’t know if it ‘times out’ after letting them sit so long or what. All I know is that it’s 9:35p and I started this around 3p with intermittent pauses. I’m super frustrated with it at this point because it lost all of my work not once but 4 different times. Throwback: Think of the hours and hours you spent working on a paper and your computer crashed. That’s the frustration I feel right now. I don’t even write app reviews but this app needs serious improvement if you want to make it user friendly. The app needs to have a way to save the existing work. And there needs to be an easier way to delete a photo rather than making the user go back and delete the pic the same way they added it. A note to future users: a work around would be to decide on the photos you want to use and put them in a separate photo album before opening the app. If I decide to use the app again that’s what I will do. For now though I can’t even think about it.

My very favorite thing!

I LOVE this app! I had a huge hallway wall in my new house and struggled with what to do with it. I decided on SweetPix tiles of family photos and no one comes into my home without stopping and commenting about how much they love it. For me, professional family photos are great, but the photos we take on our phones are the snapshots of us living — love, laughter, silliness, ridiculous .. what makes life fun! I now have a collage of over 50 on this wall and have started a similar one at my office with photos of our employees out and about in philanthropic efforts. ❤️ I’m your biggest fan!

Love my sweet pix!!

The process was super easy from start to finish. You can select and crop photos from your phone in the app to get printed on boards that take just one second to hang on the wall. Much easier and cheaper than my original plan to print and frame photos from my trip. They also arrived really fast and I love how clear the photos turned out. I can’t stop thinking about how I want to decorate each room with sweet pix now!

Love, love love it!

The best thing I love about this app is the great and awesome customer service I get from SweetPix! They stand behind their commitment to great work and if for any reason you are not satisfied, they’ll work with you. I love the quality of work and to see my photos finally on my wall. Falls off wall

So at first I loved the way my pics came out! After about a month one falls off the wall and when it hit the ground one of the corners got damaged. I was disappointed but thought that it was something we did. But then a week later a second picture falls off the wall. The idea of these is great but I had to take them all down and they are just sitting in a box. If they would have stayed on the wall I’d order again. But how I have to spend more money to fill up that space on my wall now.

Sweet Pix cares for their customers

I’ve used a few photo tile companies before and loved Sweet Pix for their customer service. They help explain the process and answer any questions you have once you receive your order. These photo tiles were super easy to use. I’ve had them in my living room and then easily removed them to put in our master bedroom. I love this concept of photo tiles so I don’t have to worry about hanging up frame! That’s always a nightmare for me. Sweet Pix made it easy to order, was delivered fast, and included simple institutions on how to “hang them up”. Thank you for superior customer service!

Love my photo boards! Fast delivery too.

The app is super smooth and easy to select and crop photos with. Placed my order last Wednesday and my photos were delivered 2 days later, on Friday. Great packaging, the sticky pads are super strong yet I was able to stick and unstick my pictures several times without losing the sticky or hurting my walls. My pics look fabulous and I am going to order more to turn a whole wall in my living room into a collage with these picture boards! Also got an extra one as a gift for a friend and she loved it.
