Easy use, quick delivery, cheap

My tiles came in a box the exact size of the tiles with one piece/slice of bubble wrap the size of a single tile and a piece of paper the same size as a single tile, not enough to prevent any damage. Due to the cheap/delicateness of the foam board, one of the edges of a photo is slightly dented. Not enough to bother my husband but it’s there and we’re giving these as a gift so it bothers me.I am disappointed with the quality of the tile. The image was great but the quality isn’t for me. If it didn’t actually look like a block of black foam. If something was done to cover the sides maybe I would feel different.I gave 3 stars because the app was incredibly easy to use, the photos were here in less than a week (perfect for a last minute gift) and just because these aren’t for me isn’t to say they aren’t for everyone.

Easy and awesome

I ordered four tiles for the first time and I am not disappointed. I would have given it five stars if one of the tiles hadn’t come out blurry. However, the rest of the tiles are beautiful. I would definitely be ordering more. Hopefully I don’t get blurred ones like the one. The price is cheap and affordable. And not only is the shipping free, but the shipment came really fast, less than a week!

DON’T waste your money using their service!

A few weeks ago, I purchased 18 tiles from this company and was so excited! After removing from packaging I was still impressed until 2 days later when I decided to hang them up. Upon doing so, I noticed my pics were printed out and just slapped on top of the canvas and was bubbling from the edges. They hadn’t glued the edges well enough to ensure this from occurring. Very disappointed! I should have went with Mix Tiles as I had used them prior. BETTER quality for your dollar. I didn’t return the tiles because I’ve got them on my wall already and can’t just throw them away. Some reviews aren’t accurate and meant to deceive future customers. I hope that my review actually stays on their platform to help others make a clear decision. 🤷🏻‍♀️

First review ever for anything! Horrible customer relations from the director.

My first experience using Phototile was good. The quality was not as good as Mixtiles but I knew I could save a few bucks. This time, I was planning to send them to my mother who is not well. While I was ordering them, I was not given the option (at least I didn’t think I was) to put my mother’s address down. I asked before the item would have been shipped through email. After, they shipped them to me directly, the director tells me it is too late. I asked for money to reimbursed for having to shipped them out again or for them to find a way to correct the problem. I don’t know if it was a glitch in the system or not but I find it extremely unprofessional to write to me that I simply “forgot to change the address”. I have recommended several people personally to this app but now I am going to share my experience. Maybe I am old school but there is something to be said about the customer is always right or, at minimum, try not to antagonize them after something goes wrong.

I haven’t gotten anything back yet ,just got the app . they made it so simple, and seems to be a reasonable price I looked at a lot of apps I’m glad I looked as long as I did because this is the one I chose .so far So good but they did not mention how long it would take I hope not too long but it made it real simple I give them six stars so far.😀

Love Phototile!

I had been eyeing the use of Phototile for a long time bc they are cheaper than their rivals and the quality looked good from afar. I made my first order of just three tiles to try them out. I liked it so much that I made my biggest order not long after that which included all the pets I’ve petsat for. Highly recommend you give them a try!

Wow by the quality, price and service.

I’ve searched around for this type of product and finally decided on Photo tiles by Phototile. First I was skeptical because they are one of the less expensive brands out there. But boy was I wrong. Conclusion, I love my tiles, they are crisp and clear. Shipping was fast. Pricing for the quality is amazing. Customer service was top notch. I’ve read through many reviews and I don’t understand how some people gave it 1 star. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Pictures from anywhere

I looked into getting photo tile styled pictures from another app but wasn’t able to upload from Google or other locations (like Facebook). I was so excited I could upload my Google photos to here! I haven’t received my tiles yet but was very happy with the app, so I’m hopeful the quality will impress me, too!

Great customer service!!!

I’ve changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. Phototile’s customer service team is extremely responsive, and quick to help with any problems you may have. My original order had 3 tiles with dented corners, the customer service team reached out to me, and mailed replacement photo tiles which were received within days of reporting the problem. The tiles were shipped very carefully in a cardboard box with extra cardboard bumpers on the edges and bubble wrap. Thanks Phototile! I’m sure I will order more again in the future. Original Review-Easy to use app, and incredibly fast shipping!! The price was also very reasonable compared to similar companies. Packaging could be better. 3 out of 6 photo tiles had dented corners before they even came out of the box.

Horrible

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Their customer service is a joke. They tried to cheat the system by using the same printing label on two boxes so I had to pay for the shipping. I had to fight them on that. The tiles came damaged and now half aren’t sticking to the wall. They take forever to respond to you if you can get a response and it never is anything to fix the issue. Their email is “we can’t control how usps” works when that isn’t the issue. The issue is they tried using the same shipping label for two packages so they didn’t have to pay it. They are a horrible company and don’t take the blame for anything. Find a new company that has better customer service because this company is a joke!
