This app is great- when it works. Connection to the portal is down 90% of the time. Not sure what's going on there but if the portal times out- the app is useless and it almost always is down.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I cannot directly link phone numbers of subs to dial and complete calls (on dice I could) I literally have to write the phone number down and physically dial them. The app also crashes a lot while I’m using it. Hard to do searches (you must be spot on precise). I like DICE much better. I think and old 70s alarm guy made this app! Terrible! But I’m stuck with it, or I just call my CS because they are really nice and helpful for 30 years now!
Certainly a handy tool. Please publish in an HD version for IPad!
App has stopped working as of 2/24 for iOS 12.4 and above. Will not validate endpoint, but works on older iOS versions. No way to contact dev via link in app profile. Amazing app, when working.

First step is to set up an endpoint...no idea what that means? Old app worked fine.

Very useful tool in the field. But since last update I can't get to the previous page in history. It is located below my screen and if I scroll up I can see it but I can't press it since I'm holding the screen to keep the page up high enough. I have an iPhone 4S.
As a previous review stated, the app crashes constantly. I cannot in any way put any of our systems on test they the app. Crashes every time. Will also crash when trying to login using FaceID, which I don’t care much about. Bring back the old app until this one is fixed. Saved a lot of time instead of calling central station to put a system on test.
Will not load endpoint on iOS 14.6 please fix.
