Riverwatch Auto Sales
I am a car dealer in augusta Georgia. Riverwatch Auto Sales. We have been trying since December to update our dealer agreement and have been unable to contact anyone that represents Sirius that will help us. Currently we are unable to activate Sirius radios. And now that I am trying to send a review I have to come up with a nickname that hasn’t already been taken. RIDICULOUS!!!

Not working
I’ve had this app for two days and it keeps wanting me to add my ID number every time I open it. I’m not happy it should be something that is seamless and it seems to be something that is a lot of work to play music and listen to Madison on ALT nation who should stop singing because we would rather hear the real professionals singing. Tell her to stop singing she is horrible we know she is horrible and the fact that she tells everybody that she’s Jewish is something that we don’t need to know religion and her singing should not be a part of her show

XM Satellite Radio Dealer App
SXM is A great way to trial activate satellite radio for your pre own cars that have XM installed but Not connected you get 3+ months trial free service. Not everyone likes satellite radio but I have enjoyed it for a decade and where ever I travel it comes with a full menu of entertainment music, news programs, news such as CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, Howard Sterne, MSNBC, Fox, Sports from NFL,College football, NASCAR, MLB, Special documentaries, what doesn’t it have available? I find everything I want. Great service and I invested in the stock 10 years ago under $1 and it has grown on avg 20%+ / year great return on investment while enjoying great service for 10+ years. Win Win!
Good app for dealership use.
This app is pretty helpful, I work at a dealership and it is very easy to activate the xm system with a. Refresh signal. Using the scan part of the app makes it super easy and takes 2 minutes. Allows me to be able to refresh multiple cars at a time.
Essential for all automotive dealerships
This app makes it easier to reactivate satellite radio in new and used cars if they become expired. I cannot think of anything better to say.

I work at a CJDR dealer and this app didn’t refresh the trial subscription on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler
I legitimately work for an automotive dealer group. At our store, I asked a rep from SiriusXM if our dealer was a participating dealer for this application and she said yes. I followed her instructions and any directions written in the app. I tried refreshing the signal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on the lot twice. First by scanning the VIN barcode, second by typing in the Radio ID. Both times, the application said our attempt was successful, however, it was not successful. We were unable to listen to SiriusXM Radio. Maybe this doesn’t work with Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram products. Maybe it doesn’t work at all! The Wrangler we used had the 8.4” screen with Uconnect 4C with Nav. Any advice?
How does this work?
I have been on the phone with Sirius radio reps for about 4 hours over the last two days trying to get my service resumed... all of the apologies from the reps & two managers still have not resolved my issues. I have been a customer since 2011 and love the product but the technical support leaves something to be desired. I wish that I was not writing a negative review but dread getting back on the phone trying to reconnect to my sonos system 😔

The SiriusXM Dealer App allows car dealers to refresh satellite radios in the vehicles on their lot through a radio signal sent from SiriusXM satellites. This will allow dealers to demonstrate satellite radio and ensure customers drive home listening to their complimentary SiriusXM Trial. With the SiriusXM Dealer App, you can: • Refresh a radio by scanning the VIN • Refresh a radio by entering the VIN or Radio ID • Receive notifications about SiriusXM Dealer Programs and special SiriusXM events If you can’t hear us, refresh the radio!
