Unusable App
Cannot use this app. As others stated, the page keeps refreshing over and over and it won’t let you accept terms of use and then it kicks you out. Deleted the app within 10 min of downloading. Please fix this.
Terrible
It won’t let me accept terms, it keeps refreshing/scrolling to the left.
Unable to use
I logged in with user ID and password. Then NOTHING. Please fix this could be a useful tool to not having to physically go to the clinic.

Keeps crashing. Cant even log in. Deleted the app immediately. Way to go US government.

As a veteran in the IT field I can see the immense potential here but it’s so badly tested and deployed.... this could be a game changer and it literally just refreshes over and over again.
This app does not work.
Accept screen continue to refresh without command. Cannot move past that step. Please fix
Do Not Download
Sadly the app does not work as specified. I could only get to main page and that was it. IDme does not work nor does any other effort to log in. I’m sure that it could be an Awesome app, but it’s clearly not ready for release at this point in time.
Loop it
After you log in with IDme it goes into a never ending loop for the accept/decline agreement and you can never get past it. This app must have been developed by the same internet company that designed the flawed Obamacare website.
Updates Appreciated
Creating an account is much easier with the new app and updates. Particularly appreciate the changes to allow staying signed in longer and use Face ID. Convenient option for logging blood sugar data to share with VA providers.
Unable to login
I'm sure this app could have great benefits. However, when you try to login a screen pops up goes white and nothing happens. Developers need to fix this as soon as possible!

If you track your health using a device or mobile app, you can now share your data with your VA care team by using VA’s Share My Health Data app. Examples of ways you can share data include fitness devices such as a Fitbit, Garmin or Apple Watch, and Bluetooth-enabled devices such as weight scales and Accu-Chek glucometers. Compatible mobile apps include Apple Health, Google Fit and more, which you can see in Share My Health Data.
