Latest update is hosed

As a user, I was forced into the latest version today and all my settings were hosed or missing. Tried some other service now apps and they are missing as well. Don’t logout because when you login it says you have successfully logged out. Public traded company unbelievable. My pc still works got lucky there.

Useless app

This app has always been useless. An embarrassment to an otherwise great product. Now that there is a newer app available I can’t imagine why this app is still available.

Latest update causes crash when viewing any records

I can’t view any records within the app. If I try to approve a change from the list it crashes. This just started after the latest update.

Not nearly as bad as it’s made out to be

As much hate as this app gets, I’ve been able to use it without issues. There are some annoying limitations around what you can access out-of-the-box, but you can work around them by defining favorite filters on various object types. They will be picked up by the app and you can use those filters to browse things that are otherwise not accessible. I’m able to manage my change requests and tasks, view my requests, and look at incidents using a UI that gets the job done.This is the only app that I’ve found that actually lets me see things in ServiceNow in a way that is similar to what I see when I’m on my PC. None of the other ServiceNow mobile apps work for me.I think it’s a shame that this app is being abandoned, as it is the only one that has comprehensive functionality (even if you have to use tricks to get at some of it).

Worst app In terms of Usability, interface etc.,

Worst app In terms of Usability, interface. Unable customize any ticket list causes lacking visibility on open tickets etc., having hard time trying to find what you are looking for.And finally why would you name the app as ‘Now classic’? Can’t it be plain and simple.

Mobile Scanner won’t work

Whenever I try to use the scanner, it shows the green bar but then glitches and flashes in the corner of the screen.

Can’t assign technician

I love this app from my work but ever since I started using the app I can comment I can add notes I can review tickets but I can’t assign those tickets to anybody on my team am I doing something wrong?

A bit frustrating

I’ve used the app in the past but lately when I attempt to sign in I receive a message that I have been successfully logged out. Multiple attempts give the same results.

Bad software

I can’t see where the incident location is without going through 3 different menus, and I can’t even dial the customers number from the app and have to write it down so I can type it in. How can an app be so bloated and unwieldy, while missing basic functionality like call this number?

Seriously?

This app is crap. As a tech who is really pleased with service now web, this app has been a huge disappointment. I don’t use it any longer. It’s about as featureless as it gets.
