Recorded video
The recorded video crashes app and closes it out when trying to watch it
Can’t see the recordings
When it notifies you of motion. When you go to events, it won’t let you watch the video of when the events happened. Just the time.
Does not connect to WiFi
I’m the point of this is to be able to connect to WiFi and see camera when you are not home. Please update.
Ridiculous
Like everyone else hi don’t know where the box is and try to set it up but it keeps asking for a Wi-Fi connection that isn’t available on my phones. I guess I just have a clock now….
Works good on iPhone but needs better Interface
It’s worth the download on an iPhone. Could be better on a lot of features though. Cons:The app works well on my iPhone but won’t work at all on my Samsung galaxy note 9 which is frustrating. The user interface seems cheap and needs a new classy upgrade. I wish the alarm notification didn’t go off while watching the video playback. No video edit features like trim or fast forward/rewind exist. Sometimes the camera will make a clicking sound in the background but it will come and go only so often. Pros:Once connected to the app the camera playback is smooth with clear video. The mic/listen feature works well too. The camera is not noticeable at all and it’s been unnoticed for some time now in my bedroom with friends and family. The live video feature works surprisingly good even from 100+ miles away. I live in L.A. county and was viewing the live feed from San Diego.
Works Nicely
I bought 50 of these WiFi cams and sold 45 online without any buyer returns or complaints, they work great, for the price they are most competitive on the market. The main reason why some have camera problems is that they don’t know how to set it up or use the app, as I’ll agree it was a challenge at first, but once I figured it out it’s very easy. Just ask someone with tech skills to set it up for you as the camera isn’t the issue it’s the user, truth be told, Cheers
Not notifying me
I just installed and app notified me of action until I added my husbands app on phone. About to return it. I am an IT professional - very disappointed by the response. I am about 10 feet from the camara and all I can get is a black screen with a buffering sign. Loved it when I was just connected. Maybe I will buy a second camara for my husband to just connect to. Will update review if it works ok? Or will return!
Horrible
The application is horrible and the camera more horrible The playback working one day fine and you can playback and 10 days not working shows black only and the time running normally
Love these cameras
For the price, simplicity, and reliability they are by far the best WiFi cameras ever used. I’m a reseller online and tested 100s of cameras, and these are by far the most reliable of all the cameras tested including the higher priced cams. I bought a 100 from the manufacturer and sold all but 4 on EBay and local store owners without one comment or complaint. The bad reviews on here are the haters, scammers, and most likely the tech incompetent people who blame the technology instead of admitting there own technical glitches. BKBrand, I love these cameras
Does not connect to WiFi
Should have read the reviews! What should be so simple for a cam device (hooking up to WiFi )does not happen at all. Worthless and will be returning it.
