I love the camera app for sure but can you do an upgrade with the camera asap. Just make things easier and put more camera options. Please and thanks in advance!!!
I sent my camera back since it had a malfunction but I obtained just enough recording to use perhaps in a court case. After the camera was removed I had the recorded files for over a month and all of a sudden they disappear. I can’t seem to find any technical support. Also there is not a way to save your videos anywhere else. Also the small scan drive disk did not record the video just 1 minute clips and missed most all I needed that was important. 😡😡😡
Ever since my phones last system, update app has been very glitchy. Does not want to connect to camera and when it does, it loses connection quickly nothing has changed in my home network to cause us.
The app seems to work OK, but it won’t record the alarm videos for more than 1 minute. I need to be able to record the alarm videos for at least 15 minutes in order for me to catch what I need to record. I have to piece together the videos in an editor because they come in 1 minute sections, which is a huge inconvenience. Also, I lose 30 seconds between videos because it won’t let me change the interval time between alarm videos to less than 30 seconds. I need for it to have either a zero interval time or no more than 1 or 2 seconds. They really need to fix this, I have lost some detailed videos because these two features are lacking.
The new update has take my ability to listen on the app with Bluetooth headphones. All pictures have to be viewed and deleted one at a time. Please fix! Still no help. Video is 30 seconds behind audio, can’t listen to live on my headphones pictures still have to delete one at a time, won’t be buying anything else from them. Horrible customer service and can’t get anyone to reply. The help button takes you to a Chinese page with no option for English and looks like a cheap game page. STAY AWAY!
The camera is okay, video quality is good but I have a serious problem with the screen time, when I'm watching live, the screen dims and locks while I'm viewing, is there a way to fix that? It doesn't happen to my other camera apps, just this one. Need help please
Camera setup was easy, and so far it seems to stay connected...but there aren’t any instructions on what settings to use. I’ve been playing with the settings for a few days and have yet to find a way to record only when motion is detected. Without that feature the camera is virtually useless, since I don’t have time to scroll though hundreds of 5 minute clips when it records constantly.
Texted the number in the user manual and they were very responsive texting back
Camera connects just fine however there seems to be no way to save a video onto your iPhone other than within the app. You can’t send the videos anywhere or add them to your cell phone library at least, on the iPhone. I went to the support page and it’s completely written in Chinese so there’s no way to get help.
With the new update I am unable to delete videos from my phone when viewing stored videos on the SD card. You use to be able to delete the videos, now you have to remove the SD card and delete them on a computer. Such a hassle. Please bring back that feature.
