Hey guy, what’s the deal. Your app won’t connect to its own camera. If this is how you plan to infiltrate the U.S. - wearing us all down with frustration-one by one until we implode, well then I applaud you for your creativity and certainly your patience. If however, you are just selling garbage products because you can, then I hate you to the core Fix you ish already.
The app works great. Finding video is fast and responsive. Originally had issue with camera Wi-Fi, but was related to other device interference. When my microwave or a certain computer would turn on Wi-Fi would stop working. Upgraded my Wi-Fi in the house and haven’t had a single problem. Cameras that use this app are really picky about the Wi-Fi your problems are due to your Wi-Fi band setup. Things to fix would be sound output does not go through headphones.
I’ve set up many cams with these cheap poorly designed apps that are super buggy. This is the first one I was not able to get working one time. Worthless. Why don’t all the Chinese cam companies pool their money and make one shared app their cams can use and they can support ?? Dumb.
The camera is basic but it does the job. Set up was not easy but eventually i figured it out.This latest update now requires you to always share your location data for the app to function. If you refuse the app shuts down.None of my other secure apps require this. There is no legitimate reason for this. It’s none of your business.
I have used a lot of apps like this and this appears to be a good one. But my question is how do you delete videos that I have uploaded to your cloud server how can I do that, is it possible?Keep up the good workThanks
I refreshed the feed and the app lost the camera. The app worked for a year, almost to the day I set this up. The last 2 days I had to reset the camera and the app still won’t connect to the camera outside of AP mode. There have been no updates. I’m wondering if they were busted for some privacy issues??!!Don’t waste your time. Buy something real like an Amcrest Camera.
Cloud Recording for this device is not available. Every time I try to buy cloud service for the camera, the app crashes. Whether I’m trying to pay by credit card or PayPal, it crashes every time. I have rebooted my phone countless times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It crashes every time. Not worth buying the camera without cloud recording.
I downloaded this app that came with the camera. When you are on the network it works ok. When traveling it tells you the camera is offline. The signal strength to the camera from router is 91%, and I am in a 5G zone. When it reported the camera was offline I went home to check it and the camera was on. At best the app is spotty, and the charges for the cloud are not what it shows on app. Now I have to dispute the charge. It states a $1.99 for one month of basic cloud but charges you $4.02. I this the best bet is reporting this app to Apple as fault and a scam. I would not recommend the app at all. I do technology based in privacy, security and forensics. I am no slug to technology and how this should work.
Today I heard a clic sound like someone is turning on and off the night vision , when I opened the app a message popped out saying your camera seems that was signed in from a different phone. So someone hacked it.
App keeps crashing. Won’t allow me to connect when it says it’s already connects and clearly not. Doesn’t recognize previous email used to register so I have use a different one. Was good at first but after a few months it all went bad
