Can’t try the app because is won’t verify my phone number keeps saying phone number is invalid but it isn’t 🤷🏾‍♀️

Can't use the app because it wants me to create an account but I have one already that I use on the browser . Would be easy if I could log into the app to see if my shifts have been filled
