Very helpful in times of need!

Very easy to book Thru the app. The sooner you book the better, but i was very excited the shifts were scooped up so quickly…especially during a holiday wknd. I’ve had 2 emergencies and both times I was sent quality workers that didn’t take much training to get going.

Very special!

I am very pleased with the service and employees sent by JJj. The managers are spot on with every request. The website is easy to use. I will absolutely be using jjj to fill in our staff when needed. I discovered yesterday they are as great last minute as they are with 2 weeks notice.An amazing resource. Special thanks to Hana who is energetic, tireless and has every right answer you want to hear. Very special!

Great Gig App

Jitjatjo is wonderful for filling those spots you fear you not be able to fill. As a staffing manager who also manages events, i appreciate that they send skilled/knowledgeable talent and not just bodies to fill vacancies.

Great concept

Helpful for filling in staff shortfalls at short notice. Staff that have been sent have been very high standard, and very helpful with +ve attitudes.

The staff came on time and showed to be knowledgeable and fully hands on from the very first hour of employment. Everyone had a great attitude and worked well with the seniors and in house team.Awesome program.

Is this company still in business?

Tried to book earlier this month, heard nothing. Trying to book right now, no response. If they are still operational, it’s definitely not instant staffing. We have used the service twice, but they took a while to find staffers, even when I was willing to pay for the top tier, and there was a lot of back and forth. That said, when they finally did find people, those people were lovely and competent. I’d love to use the service on a regular basis because it’s a genius idea, but it’s not reliable.

Horrible app, Wonolo is better.

I never been able to search for gig on this app. Since day one I get a message that reads sorry not able to offer me opportunities at this time. I thought maybe, the app was not available in my area. I was just reintroduced to this app yesterday by another Wonoloer, after working an event yesterday. So I redownloaded the app only to get the same error message. I have very similar background as my fellow wonoloer.

Terrible service and broken app

Ordered a line cook and waited 2 hours past the start time for the cook to show up. Was told then by customer service that the cook won’t show up because it was cancelled by the cook. However, we were never notified of the cancellation. Was then told by customer service that this happened because it was a Saturday and nyc restaurants are busy. Perhaps the app works on slow Mondays but DO NOT USE THIS APP ON WEEKENDS!
