Excellent simple counter app
This app does exactly what I want. I need to track a frequently occurring event and want to see times and trends. It does exactly that, and it doesn’t have an interface cluttered with a lot of extra features. I can set a complication on my Apple Watch for a quick, discreet tap to count, then look at the data on my phone to see frequency. I did buy the pro version as it is reasonably priced. My only wish is for it to sync to my iPad as well. Data export is possible, but I don’t work well with spreadsheets.
Perfect for Health & Fitness Growth!!
I’ve bought a LOT of apps over the years (10 years total) but this has to be my favorite of them all!!!It’s completely AMPED UP my discipline when it comes to my health and fitness habits! Setting up a points system for doing certain actions each day really motivates me to compete against myself and earn more points each day and week! (Love the statistical charts too!) I’ve set up separate “Health” and “Fitness” categories with lists of habits under each. I also award myself points when I avoid doing certain bad habits like having sweet drinks or sweet snacks. It’s completely customizable for whatever works for you but I’m sooooo excited about my health gains so far and what I’m going to accomplish this year!!!!!! Thank you QTALLY!!!
💗💗Best Apple Watch counter!💗💗
Hey developers! I only got interested in this app because of the Apple Watch app it has. From what I’ve seen of it so far, I’m learning to like it! Same touch gestures as the app, just have to add them from app to show up on my watch. But that’s ok. Doesn’t bother me at all to make the counters in-app! Thank you for all you’ve done with it to make it a superb counting app for watch! Just love it for that!

I like how the ui looks and once I discovered that it also works with the iPad’s multi-window function, I bought the full version immediately. However, there were some things that I wished were improved on!1. Unable to leave feedback in-app? It told me my mail was setup incorrectly, and yet I can buy the full version just fine? *shrugs* i dunno2. The instructions to use is really bare bones and I had to figure some functions by myself. Did you know you can rename groups by sliding them to the left? I didn’t at first. 3. You can’t reorder groups once you made them. Seems like a pretty neat feature to miss out on. :( Oh, and nested groups/folders too! What if you have a lot of tallies? It’d be better if there were functions to let us organize them.4. Using the tallies themselves is a breeze! Tap to increase, swipe down to decrease, and you can set up the increment in each tally’s settings. But sometimes, I need to +50 a tally and then return back to +1. It’s a lot of taps to get to the number I need. What if there was an option to enable left-swiping or right-swiping?I really like the app so far! Thank you for developing it and keep up the good work!
Surprisingly good
To be honest the only reason I got this is so I can use this on my apple watch and it works and surprisingly well so do what you will with this information and also I bought the $5 upgrade and I love it but I deleted my group on my phone but it didn’t get deleted on my Apple Watch but that’s my only issue but I 100% recommended this app but please fix that
Your Choice: Super Simple or Fabulously Detailed
I like the flexibility of the app. Even titles and methods of counting can be bent to the user’s need. Honestly, I was looking for a simple tally with plenty of counters but now I’m enjoying seeing time details. The big, bold colors make me happy. I do wish I could just tweak times without deleting and entering a new one but I’m also very glad I can edit time details at all. I’m using it a lot and it is working flawlessly.

I will likely still be making that purchase; & if /when I do i'll re-review.

This is the first time I’ve ever written an app review, this app is so wonderful that I feel the need to review it. It’s a great app, does everything I need it to and more. The customizable colors and titles are really cool, and it syncs with my Apple Watch, which is really important to me because I wear my watch almost all the time. It’s the best tally app I’ve seen, and i use it every day.
New favorite app
Spent the last week going through productive/tracker/goal counter apps. In my opinion this one is the best. Simple user experience, quick to use, and customizable. QTally allows you sort tallies by category and have points from individual tallies add to a category total.Much better than Done, Productive, and Stride apps, especially when factoring in the cost of these competitor apps.
Absolutely perfect to help in classroom
Great for tracking details about my students. Goals, behavior, times called on in discussions, etc. Paired with the watch feature it’s seamless! It’s one of the few apps I’ve found with ability to increase and decrease tallies on iPhone and Apple Watch. Also has a watch complication feature! History feature is wonderful to reflect with students. Plus with groups, I can keep classroom and personal rallies separate. Absolutely perfect!
