Removed Apple Watch support? Why!?!?

This application was great – until they removed Apple Watch support! Please bring watch support back, when you do, I’ll update this to be a 5 star review. I really like the app, just that it’s useless for workouts without the watch app, I have to unlock my phone and click the button.

Great! Needs important tweaks, though

I’ve enjoyed this app for the last week or so however there are some changes that I definitely feel should be made and are pretty simple that will make it SO much better.1. Being able to re-order sets, not just items. Not a fan of the sets moving all around as you count one thing and then another from another set. A setting to turn this off would be ideal.2. There are pretty colors to choose from, some more would be really nice— even better would be a color wheel/grid.3. Also regarding colors, being able to change the color for any item in a set and (maybe) allow items to have their own icons. The icon selection are awesome!4. This, along with #1, are what deters me from this app specifically: adding a history or “this is what you counted today vs in total for this specific item”. This is definitely crucial for a tally app. The archive is personally unusable, so adding a history or today/all feature would be awesome.GLITCH: Not sure why this happens but often times the item i’m tallying will switch to another item OR the count won’t be entirely correct or updated when I go in and out of the app. It can be really frustrating having to fix it each time.Nonetheless, I still enjoy the app! Currently deciding on keeping this one vs 2 others and what will keep me recommending this is if changes are made in the near future!

Perfect!

I am a soda merchandiser and it is perfect for counting the exact number of sodas I need of each flavor. It has improved my efficiency 10x by ensuring I don’t bring more or less of what I need. My only complaint and it’s a small one but I wish the main screen were all of the categories. I have to access all of my flavors so it’s just one more tap to get where I need and in my opinion it just makes more sense

Great Support

Was really excited to use this for work and had an issue with sharing tallies with a friend but the support team was extremely quick to respond which you don’t see often and now I can use the great features!

Recent update

I have used this app for a while. I would have given it 5 stars before the recent update. I gave it 3 stars because the reset function is harder to use now. Before, I could reset to 0 on the fly. But now I need to stop to make sure I’m pressing in the exact right spot to bring up the reset screen. Please change it back.

I like it!

I like it! Wish it had a way to connect two tallies in such a way that when tally went up a connected tally would go down by the same number. We count the number of boats entering our park, which reduces the the number of boat parking spaces we have available. Different employees need to know these two different tallies. Please add this feature.

A must-have app and some customization would be nice.

This app is great on its own as a counting app for a single event. The operation order is simple and nothing additional adds confusion. It would be nice to have a multi-portion option for counting different events without having to switch. I use this app as a counter for multiple events that occur in order (when it is a positive result) and that extra bit of time/management of what counter I'm counting on can be muddled up on occasion simply because I haven't selected it. I end up with a count that is estimated/rounded due to my human error. A multi-counter screen would help me count on the right or left for multiple counters without delay or error. In any other case, great job guys, this app fits right in there for must-have apps.

Close to perfect

If this app would sync to the cloud I would give it 5 stars. Maybe I should have discovered this long ago, but I’ve just realized that I can hit the forward arrow at the bottom of the page and text or email the tallies to myself for a backup, so it’s that much better but still, if I don’t remember to do that then I can lose all my information.. I have a dog walking service and this is perfect for keeping track of the hours of service paid for and used by each client. It is very simple, which I greatly appreciate. I have the upgraded app. It is scary to think of losing all my info so I really wish they would make this sync to the cloud for backup.

No Apple Watch Support

This is my go to counter for professional tracking of productivity. Simple, fast, accurate and exactly what it needs to be. However, with the latest update it lost the ability to be utilized on the Apple Watch making it significantly less functional. It’s clearly a five-star app but with this drop in its functionality I’m forced to drop its rating. Hopefully Watch support will return soon as it is one of the main ways it fits into my workflow, otherwise another app will have to be found. Such a good app that I’m still sticking around to see, but that goodwill only goes so far when the loss of functionality impairs it’s usefulness so much.

Was simple and straightforward

Now it’s convoluted, not specially aware and moved the reset button into a menu. These design choices are motivated by the idea of giving multiple tally sets. A function I’m willing to bet only 10% of their users wanted. But now there is a huge gap at the top of the app between the menus and the actual start of your tallies. The font has been reduced so you can barely see what you’re clicking on. And the absolute worst part is the reset button js been removed from the center bottom of the app. For those that use reset even once a day you will be annoyed by the change of putting it nested in another menu. At the very least put it in both. Clearly the developers are not using their own app on a daily or hourly basis as some of us do for our jobs.Edit: the developer responded with less than helpful suggestions. They want us to think their UI is better with simplicity. Their UX is garbage. Adjusting font size through the iPhones overall text size is the worst decision a developer could choose. They’ve taken a flawless app and made specific pain points for their everyday users. Another app that’s going on the trash because the developers have fallen out of touch with their actual users.
