Last night I updated the app and now I can’t control the music volume in any room, I cannot see the device just a blank screen
After the update from last week, the app shows the locations but doesn’t allow you to control them. It just shows a dark green selection where they used to be red or a lighter green. Please fix soon!!
App quit working when they updated to 3.4. I know that it has to do with Apple security features. Please let us side-load the 3.2.2 app version so we can use this system again!
Since updating in May, our iPad can no longer be used to turn on sound in our church. Please fix so that our older iPad, which is able to take the latest iOS updates, can still be used to turn on our sound system.
As a QSys designer I can say this app displays my UI design flawlessly.
Please fix!! Won’t load my main page!!! Says “downloading uci….” Then kicks off. Useless
My UCIs aren’t always available, need to close and reopen multiple times. Many UCI layers no longer work. I didn’t realize the iPad was set to auto update and now everything is messed up.
The latest update brought back connectivity issues with our cores. And even fewer times when we connect our values and meters are blank. Cores are running 8.4 and there is no intention to update them any time soon.
After updating to v3.6 we can no longer see our system on the app, just a blank screen.
Broken since update, no fix and no response from the developer. Pitiful customer service
