Rip off

Just bought the full bundle. If you don’t know the workout names and how to do them this app is not for you. It just shows you one picture but doesn’t tell you how to do the moves. This was a rip off. I’m mad I even spent $5.00 on this

Maintaining a regular exercise routine throughout your pregnancy can help you stay healthy and feel your best. Regular exercise during pregnancy can improve your posture and decrease some common discomforts such as backaches and fatigue.

There is evidence that physical activity may prevent gestational diabetes (diabetes that develops during pregnancy), relieve stress, and build more stamina needed for labor and delivery. Exercising for 30 minutes on most, or all, days can benefit your health during pregnancy. Exercising for just 20 minutes, 3 or 4 days a week, is still beneficial, as well. The important thing is to be active and get your blood flowing. We created several safe workouts and exercise programs to stay fit during pregnancy.
