Classy app
The app is as hip as it gets. I love the access , and I’m also enjoying the involvement of customers, fans. I really wanted to take advantage of the recent contest, it just happened at a bad time for me ...too busy at work. Without a doubt I have a closet that can compare to any die hard Polo fan. Polo, Black and Purple Labels, RRL, Rugby, RLX and others. From the newest items to some great vintage pieces with about 500 or more items in between ( no exaggeration).KM
Fix the app
The app is always crashing someone needs to fix the bugs or whatever is going on. The app is very slow and always shuts down, and I am upset because that status of the company shouldn’t have an app that is trash. I’ve been supporting the company for years and this is making me very annoyed, and I’m not the only one who says that. I have peers that been supporting Ralph Lauren for more than 20 years and are frustrated from this. Someone needs to do something about it.

The app is nice but I wish it had a better way to search things. Yea it has a “search” in it but it’s not specific. For example: I wanna search Mens hoodies, I should be able to go to men’s- clothing- sweaters/outerwear and pops up all the sweaters you have for men. The app don’t have that, it would make it a lot easier for me to shop in the app. Until then the app gets two star until it’s updated.
Polo Paradise
RL is one of my favorite brands because they have been keeping me stylish since ‘06 during my preppy college years. I appreciate the variety of products to choose from as well as the original content they share on the inspiration behind the fashion. Literally a one stop shop for pretty much everything I need from head to toe.
Finally more lifestyle content!
Content, content, content! RLP was one of the first to invest in its online magazine and since then its digital content has been superb. Rich photo essays and discussions about travel, philanthropy, recreation, and all the stuff that our Ralph fans enjoy. This app gives us more richly curated content that goes beyond clothing. It’s all lifestyle! Quick bites. Easy to access. I’ve got enough classic Ralph clothing, interiors, dining/cocktail sets, and furniture/bedding. I want to enjoy it. This app allows me to travel in my heart and mind. Ralph = pure genius!
Maximus MoLo
I just love some of the pieces that polo releases I remember being a young kid admiring the multicolored striped polo shirts. And that little man on the horse gave me a feeling of power when i arrived at school decked out in my polo shirt with my fresh kicks. Later moving on to explore the different avenues ruby was my favorite in high school as well as today fashion has alway been a major part in my life with polo riding shot gun holding me down as one of the best dressed around my town salute to Polo Maximus MoLo aka WilkersondaWelder Out!!!
Nice App But Where Is The Big & Tall?
As far as functionality of the app and the exclusive content presented, the app appears to be a five star. However, there are no Big & Tall sizes shown in the app; therefore, I will have to deduct one star. If the app decides to include a Big & Tall option, I would be more willing to change over to shopping through the app, but right now I will have to continue to use the website. Also, there is no filter to show the items that are on sale. With these two changes, the app could be taken to the next level. Thanks.
Not terrible for the first app
Being that Polo is a few years behind some of the major hitters when it comes to apps, this first one isn’t terrible. Consumers who shop online shop more from apps in 2018 than they do on actual websites. This app is lacking a similar category search to that of its website. I do however enjoy the calendar, very exciting to see what’s coming down the road. Besides that there’s room for improvement, but I’m sure it will improve.
Worthless app
This app constantly crashes or just plain doesn’t load. And I have the latest iPhone and keep my iOS updated. The worst was this past Indigo Stadium release. The app notified me 17 minutes after the drop. I was already on the app from 8am. By time 10AM rolled around the app crashed!! I no longer live in nyc so I can’t get the limited released items... I thought getting the app would be helpful, it’s worthless!! Thankfully I have friends in nyc to go buy any item I need.
One stop shop!
Now exclusive releases and more made easily available through this online app.. I live in an area where polo is only available in dept. stores such as Dillard’s, Macy’s, etc. Some of the limited runs never made before now.. Thanks alot guys!!!! Very accessible. Easy to choose items and purchase.
