Clean and modern interface, speedy
Thumbs up for this redesign. It is easier to use than before and I really appreciate the notification customisation for the different lines. The how to get there is really useful too. Hope this means that it has access to all the new routes updated timely and faster than Google.
Change app name!!
It took a long time to find this app in the App Store. Who would think to search for “MyTransport”??Also, I travel to cities all over the world. I have 25 transit apps on my phone. It is frustrating that the name of the app under the icon is “My Transport”. The name should state Singapore or SG or SIN.
Journey Planner function is poor
The Journey Planner function is awful. Search refused to accept MRT station names.

My app keeps saying NA for everything and when it works there are a lot of buses untracked

Decent - needs improvement
Not sure how this app is related to reporting PMD incidents, yet they have a function for it. Decent app, I only use it for the bus timing feature. Doesn’t update bus times in ur favorite sections immediately on launch so you are kept waiting for a while til it updates. Hopefully they will address this in a future version.

Useful when working. Sometimes it just stops working and will show up at N/A or it will freeze. When it is working it is very accurate.
