Poor services

The service of STC is poor. It can do a lot better if attitude of its staff improves. They are Government servant n they behave masters rather service providers Their customer services centers are pathetic Staff take so much of time to attend even a small issue There should be a Superviser on the head of staff, no customer should wait for more than 15 min after he takes the tokenI had lot of problem while traveling outside the kingdom Roaming / internet was very poor STC should think of privatization or induct foreign partner to improve services

Won’t switch between numbers.

Need an update as the primary number won’t switch instantly and sometime doesn’t change at all. Or else there must a feature where you can access an account in sort of a different page of all the numbers under the ID.

Buggy

App crashes when I try to switch between numbers. All I am trying to do is pay my bills. It’s bad enough that STC services are expensive, but to add insult to injury, this app tortures you just to pay your bill.. Update Sep 23.. Payment got fixed, but wouldn’t let me update expired credit card… Update Oct 14: As the developer requested, I updated the app, and I still can’t add my Sabb Mastercard as a payment option. I was able to add my Visa card. Update Oct 18: app developer reached out and asked that I contact them through the app Help function. Nice to have, IF it worked. So fix the Help function, then I can contact the developer through the app. Update Nov 13. Updated the app today. Still unable to add my Sabb Mastercard. The saga continues.

Great Service fro the APP

Using the application on the phone is very good. It is simple and easy. Unfortunately the people that work at your kiosk in the various malls in Riyadh are very unfriendly too your clients. They are rude and dismissive. They will talk on their own cell phones, while many people are standing at the kiosk for assistance. They are not at all helpful. You should go to any kiosk in Riyadh and see how they treat the people. Very unprofessional.

The app doesn't work properly after the update

My STC application was working fine before the update. After the update, started to freeze every now and then. Now every time I need to reinstall it to work. I hope you address this problem. Thank you.

The application is improving

The application is find for regular services, quick paymentStill the offers and the store, when u request it takes a long time then it may say “we cant serve u right now? And then they change the offer” if the service is not available dont allow it from the begining

Best App ever

It is user friendly, well designed and organized and way more advanced than all of Telecomm. apps i have ever used. Keep it up STC as u r really differentiating your self for the best compared to other crappy Telecom companies.

Stc is a company focused on taking all it can get

Taking all it can get for services they work ok if you pay double or triple anywhere else in the world But if you have a problem you cannot fix it without ten calls driving to the store sitting down waiting in line it’s a rediculous company put togeather to track people and take your money that’s it so no not at all what you say is true you are not trying to improve service just adding lip service but if anything is wrong still beg hassle to fix it
