هذا مايستاهل يكون في موقع التطبيقاتكل مره نضع نفس المعلومات ولايحفظهابرنامج خردة وعار وجوده في في قائمة الخدمات الالكترونية

Too complicated

Not helpful to customer. In order to register your house that you already registered in the previous version you have to enter the account number again and pay your bill. The system should discover all accounts related to your gov I’d and display them automatically. Look for ways to simplify.

تطبيق غير فعال

التطبيق الاقدم افضل هذا التطبيق لا يظهر فيه السداد ولا المبلغ عند الدخول السريع وعند نسيان كلمة المرور لا يوجد خيار سوى مراجعة مركز المشتركين اذاً ما فائدة التطبيق التطبيق يحتاج الكثير والكثير

Worse UI/UX Design Ever!!

This application is one of most terrible applications ever designed and created. Too slow, crashes A LOT! Colors are not optimized, very not user friendly. The company is basically taking our money for the lowest quality standards output.SHAME ON YOU!!!

Old app

The old application is better. You can save all bill numbers on the application. Also, it was easier to navigate around.
