Great app.

Very good app. I can recharge my line with any amount I chose, using my credit card. Also i can pay bills for any postpaid line which is awesome. Can’t wait till i use the new feature which allow me to charge dade sim! Thanks Mobily.

Great and User-friendly App

I love how they made this app so user-friendly, and easy to navigate. I can manage everything in here especially when I want to check my internet data consumption plus you have the hassle-free experience when paying your bills. Keep up the good job Mobily!

Great online service

I travel a lot to the USA to spend several months with my son. I usually downgrade my package to the lowest available (Mobily 50) until I return. I used to have to visit Mobily office to do that. Now, this service is available online which is really great.

Excellent app

I have been using the pre-paid service and didn’t know about this app. This is excellent and I can add funds and plans directly marking it very useful. I hope they make app like this for etisalat in Dubai as they are so far behind Mobily . Will recommend everyone to use this app

Improved big time

So I have gone from rating mobily app “Worst app by a mobile company ever” to one of the best I have seen with few months. The team has worked extremely well on updating the app big time. There are still some link issues where it takes you to mobily website where it says go to app but overall the experience is amazing. Love the recent updates

Phone installments

I was promised to be given the service of getting a phone on installments after 3 months. Almost 8 are now gone and they still dont want to provide what they promised although i am not having any payments problems with any official or non official party in all KSA.

Debit card payment system is very inconsistent

Overall this app is easy to use. They could improve the way a person renews prepaid plans. It’s very confusing. If you have time left on the plan but no data, and you have available credit for the cost of the plan, it doesn’t automatically renew until the time runs out. If you try to “renew” the plan, you get a message that you’re already subscribed to the plan. You have to manually “unsubscribe” to the plan and resubscribe. During that time you have no internet access. So you have to borrow someone else’s internet. The debit card payment system is also very inconsistent. Once I tried 6 times to recharge using my debit card. I got a text message from my bank with the pin number ant typed it in and then it just sits there saying “processing payment” and the transaction never goes through. I then bought a load through a bakala and reloaded it that way. The app definitely needs refinement.

Overall 4 stars...missing multi-tasking

It's a good-super-user-friendly-app! The connecting of the dot at the start is really cool and the signature Mobily music is totally mesmerizing. The graphics is ok, and the rotating 3D pie-graph on Neqaty summary - cool. Overall it's wonderful, one thing missing though, the multi-tasking thing...I tried to run the app on the background but every time I return back to the app I'm always on the start-up not on where I left it...but it's ok, connecting dots is fun! Thanks Mobily...mabuhay ka!
