The app needs lots of work. The billing and service tabs error out when I try to open them so I have to use my PC to pay my bill or add change my services.
I use their website to look for the service interruptions and service requests. The website is very slow and this app only allows payments.
This app ought to be useful, but it isn't really.* The authentication won't use biometrics and didn't leave a signature that a password app can look up, so it's a pain to log in.* Paying your bill will fail about 50% of the time... Although some of those failures actually go through, so you'll need double charged.* That's about it. The app does little else.Why 2 stars? It works ok. It's not like it totally fails or worse. But man, it should be so much better.
This MetroNet portal app is trash. You can see amount owed and that is it. You can’t do anything without seeing error. You would think a company who specializes in communication technology would have a working app. I was hesitant to go to MetroNet for this exact reason and my first interaction is a junk!
Thought this would be a good way to pay my bill but nope it always errors out the website not much better it very slow you would think since it pushes it speed of fiber which is fast they would do something about the back end service the are slow, and just does not work. Never thought I would say spectrum does better in regards to service and there app but looks like I need to eat the crow on that. May Metronet could reach out to the developer of the spectrum and see if they could creat one for them.
At quick look, it appears that it runs significantly faster than their portal online, which is my main complaint about their online system is how slow it runs. The app is quick. Gets the job done.
It provides basic info of your bills but that’s just the basic, you can’t download or see the pdf statement or the details of your bill. Still, it’s better then nothing, and way faster then the web version.
Every month same thing - going on a year now. Put in all the info. Hit submit. Error. Call the 800 number and pay over phone. Great internet. Worthless app.
This app other than the ability to make payments is useless. I came from xfinity which has an awesome app to this. Set your game up Metronet having a highly innovative app is essential especially for a business that works in technology.
after we spoke with the dispatcher she asked me to wait for a few minutes until she will connect me with sales department and it was one hour and five minutes nobody answered the phone
