Don’t waste your time.
Bought this because it was slightly cheaper, it works okay but I’ve been trying to get my email changed for a month and have had to keep reaching out to their support with no responses. ALL I need is an email change. Will be taking back!
App don’t work
I can unlock door one time and have to manually lock it They app is useless
Don’t install take it back.
Connection isn’t a issue, putting it in isn’t a issue.. the device itself looks great and it’s alittle cheaper. It’s not worth it. You’ll have trouble with the app and the reason your looking at this is so you can unlock it for someone when your not around or check to see if you forgot to lock it when you left.. if I had installed this on a Vrbo air b&b house it would have really set some visitors back.. Unless they fix this all do not buy the device.
Not user friendly. No tech support
Switched phones and tried to log back in and was having trouble. Then I tried to reset my password and it said my email didn’t exist and when I did the phone number it wouldn’t send me a text. Needs more support
This thing is horrible

App Causes Lock to Malfucntion
I bought these locks for my brand new $5,000 doors. What a waste. It works perfect until you add the app. Once you register and add the dead bolt to the app it goes haywire. It says my doors are unlocked when locked and vise verse. Do not waste your money!!!
Never responds
The app opens and appears to be working. But it rarely ever responds. I don’t know right now if my house is actually locked or unlocked because I’m not there. I hit the “Lock” button and it doesn’t respond. It doesn’t say that it’s locked ever. You can’t log out of the app and restart it to troubleshoot, and when you try to work on it when you’re not there, it completely shuts down the app because you have to be next to it to fix it. This app needs a complete tear down and re-development.
Waste of money
This lock eats batteries and will not stay connected to WiFi. Every time you try to use the app it displays not connected. After about a month it stopped providing notifications when the lock was used. Do not waste your money.

Can be a little off at times but overall is not as bad as people make it seem
