I keep getting a feed back to use mtn data not wifi and i am not using wifi. I am using my mtn data.
In a period of a year now, I have tried to install and reinstall it but every time I try to open it, it says to check my network settings. I tried with MTN Rwanda data on, I tried with WIFI only, I Checked the network settings to enable data on this particular app with no success. ☹️
I dont know where they get 2.6stars for using the app,that’s intended to only work with MTN data. Other bank apps like Barclays all have there apps open for use on Wi-Fi or data making it simple and fast to use for there customers. Provide one app, with a single log in to use for customers. Whether they are under Wi-Fi or not it connects to data
I wonder if you ever test yourself (as in MTN Rwanda) the UI of this app and feel that the customer journey is longer than it should be. USSD is still the best. You should think of a way of simplifying the app and making it fast to compete with USSD. After the login, the account balance is visible, I think it should by default be hidden. The pin should always be entered last to complete payment and to prevent fraud. There is a lot to fix but let me end it here for now.
I have an iPhone and downloaded the app. Upon opening it prompts me to choose my region (Rwanda) and then immediately gives me an error saying that I cannot use the app on WiFi, only on MTN mobile data. I am not using WiFi, I am using MTN mobile data but the app repeatedly gives me the same error every time I open it.
Actually the app is very nice it has payment easier and fast … what I will like the developer to add is a request action such that we can be able to request directly from the app .. that will be nice. Thanks
First of why can mtn not great just one app to be used in all the countries, and why can’t they just put all their services in one app. Why stressing people to download multiple applications. This is a very big issue. Then the user interface doesn’t look presentable. App malfunctions most of the time.
Why did the new app update remove the iPhone Address Book? It makes it difficult to type in receiver’s number.Please do something about this. :-(
I got an issue with this app service, been paying charges for every transaction since day one I downloaded this app tried reaching to you customer service and the call got declined I still don’t understand the use of this app if I still continuously pay charges even for the least transaction of which your messages encrypt zero fees . I really don’t know if am the only person facing this issue
Hello developers,I’ve got to say the app is cool because it makes the process of sending money or paying bills swift,I’d have rated 5 stars but I think there’s an issue with security here ,for example on my iPhone ,when I enter my otp to access the app and I don’t clear it from my recent apps ,someone else can access my account ,would really love if you guys work on security ,an application pin/password/Face ID will do,not the mobile money pin or you guys could simply make the app in such a way that it requests for password immediately as you leave the app,thank you 😊😊
