Doesn’t work after 1st Mock-up

The app doesn’t allow me to do more than one mock-up per session. I have to turn my phone off to reboot it. When I try to a 2nd one, it just plays ads. Works otherwise though.

When it works, it’s great

I downloaded the free version to test before getting the premium version. Most of the time when I choose to add a photo, it shows an ad and then…nothing…back to the original screen. I’m not paying a premium price for that. When it works, it’s great. But for me, that’s only 10% of the time.

iPad

Isn’t working on IPad… where do you find file access? I don’t see an option? When I download the app it asks about tracking that is all. The files will not save.

BEST MOCK-UP APP OUT THERE!

I absolutely love this app. It is quick and easy to use. I now have the ability to show my customers what their design will look like on a tumbler (the app comes with many mock-up choices), right in front of them in a matter of minutes. This app is a game changer for me.

Makes things easy

Love this app!!!!! It cuts my time a lot now. I have time for other things than designing a mock-up. The only thing I hope that they will add come different items. Like kids flip top water bottles and snippy cups. Also a 32oz on point bullet. Will for sure keep using this app for my tumblers.

Canceled same day subscription

App most have a bug. Attempted to use on IPhone, and IPad Air. There is no settings bar tab, no erasing or adjusting. App also does not allow you to view your work until after hiring save. App is not worth paying and for whatever reason the screen flips upside down on the iPad Air and sideways on the phone. Tried to set it to not rotate the imagine but was unsuccessful. Would like my money back but the app also does not provide assistance for a refund. If you ask me it’s a scam!

Not worth it, they abandon

I got the desktop version. The site for that has been down, no updates for a lifetime purchase. Crashes, crashes my computer.. and now an app that also doesn’t work correctly. I’m not paying for it twice. I would avoid it until they work the bugs out!

Not working

When I choose to upload a file an ad pops up, close it out then it goes back to the previous screen and won’t access my photos. I have to completely close the app out and reopen for it to work and it only works once. Really disappointed because when it works it’s great.
