Buggy-🧟‍♀️♿️

I agree with the reviewer who talked about the top notch content but the function of the app doesn’t live up 2 content. Spot on. I alwez have 2 delete & reinstall. Most recent bug is after a session, clicking on the r8ing of a section, it immediately auto-goes 2 the “turn on reminder” page & there’s NO X 2 GET OUT OF THE PAGE. Not all of us want a reminder time. Otherwise the content is superb. Also, I have been a free account user for @ least 3yrs & cannot remember if I ever used the free trial & would love 2, but I want 2 avoid being chrgd immediately in case I already did the trial. Thx!

Really Enjoying So Far!

I’ve been using this app for about a week now, and I am pleasantly surprised by how calm I feel and how much I look forward to my next meditation practice. There is so much variety in the library. While I originally thought the subscription was too pricey, I realize now that it’s worth the money for me personally because it adds tremendous value to my day. My only gripe is that I thought I was signing up for a 14-day trial, but I was immediately charged the monthly fee. I haven’t had that happen before with any other app I’ve tried. Not sure if that was an App Store error or a coding error with how the trial is set up, but I don’t think it should have charged me until the end of my 14 days. That aside, my experience so far has been very rewarding. I would recommend this for anyone looking for guidance and support in their meditation practice or looking to improve their self talk and inner well being.

Bug

I would almost always consider this app worthy of 5 stars. However, a bug has recently emerged: I can no longer go back to the library after a session completed. Pressing the arrow in the top left corner of the screen simply enlarges the session’s photo. To do more than one session, I must turn off my phone and turn it back on. I will gladly revise this review to show a 5-star rating once this issue is resolved.

Lacking in quality and customer service

I cancelled because:1. Instead of charging monthly, I was charged for a whole year. Even 3-4 months at once would have been better. There was no indication that this would be the case when I subscribed. 2. The meditations that I tried were the least effective that I’ve ever used. I asked for a refund and you chose not to issue one. Therefore I will never resubscribe. Until I get some better customer service, I will be sure to let others know about the lack of quality of the product and the refusal of your company to make things right.

I love Mindbliss

I appreciate so much about this app! I like the easy access library and all the prefiltered list options.Since discovering Mindbliss I have recommended it to MANY! I use the sleep library ALOT and enjoy browsing through all the different voices, sounds, guided and non guided meditations. It has helped me improve on my meditation skills greatly. Meditating isn’t easy for me (I’m a HSP Empath with ADD) learning to quiet my mind is often a struggle.... not so much anymore, thanks to Mindbliss!

Sammie: exceptional support

I want to say that Sammie has provided the best customer support of anyone anywhere—and I have tons of experience with online support as I regularly enroll in classes and purchased products online. The quality of support varies, of course, but in all these years—probably ever since the Internet was launched—I have never received the kind of support as I have from Sammie. It’s in its own stratosphere. And I am not exaggerating. Sammie was always prompt and very kind as she walked me through my issues. I’ve decided that Mindbliss must be an exceptional company if they have people like Sammie as staff. Thank you and I only wish every company offered such superior customer service!!!

5 star app 2 star functionality

Mindbliss is simply amazing. The content and the overall essence of it surpassed my expectations. I am happily a premium user. The only flaw is the way the app functions. It is frustratingly buggy. I have to constantly restart app to get it to respond. I often have to listen to the same lesson more than once before it automatically goes to the next one. This app would “easily” be 5 stars if not for those pesky bugs. I have been using it everyday for over a month. After every update my hopes are high that the issues will be resolved, but they are not. I really enjoy using Mindbliss bugs and all. I only hope that the app is overhauled in such a way that the app functions as well as the content it provides. The content is amazing and life altering. It needs to function way better to ascend to the 5 star level this app deserves. I still give it 4 stars because of the overall content which should the topic of the conversation not the performance of the app.

Transforming my spiritual life

Mindbliss is truly one of the greatest tools I have been given. I have grown in my spiritual connection more than I ever imagined. I have learned so much through these guided meditations. I began using this app after losing my pack of 3 dogs within 7 months of one another. They were 17 yrs, 15 yrs and 14 yrs. i knew they would pass close together, but I never thought I would lose them all within 7 months and my heart was aching. It was an incredibly sad time for me and I was desperate for some relief. Mindbliss was the tool that gave me relief. I met my spirit guides in the meditations and was given the comfort I was searching for. I can’t say enough about this tool quite honestly.It helped me get on a journey of huge growth and I’m so much more joyful.

This app and the support are exceptional!

The only thing I can think of to improve upon with this app, would be to combine several of the meditations together. For example the musical only section of the library, be able to pick and put in order what you would like to listen to, almost like a playlist.Keep up the inspiring worked that all of you do!

Too Many Technical Issues

If you get logged out and forget your password, it doesn’t allow you to log back in. Their website is faulty and password reset doesn’t work. There is no way to contact support without giving them a bunch of your personal data to correct problems. They don’t offer a way to contact them without having to give them your passwords to other accounts. This isn’t right—they should at least disclose an email address somewhere for issues.
