Top for creator and biz 🥰

This is a super nice app for all content creators and some people with small business. I use it to make ads and for promoting my shop. If you create your own content, then I recommend this app. There are a lot of free features to get the job done, but there are even better features if you pay for the pro version.

Great. But Flawed

The app itself is a GREAT app and can definitely see myself using it all the time! But, the problem I have with the app is that when I have created a story, and save it, I try to go back and re edit the same video with different text/image. After exporting that second one, some of the elements of that story are missing, so you have to the start the process all over instead of just being to quickly edit the previous story.

Nice but missing basic features

It is a beautiful app but it’s missing some basic features like the center align horizontally and I’m assuming vertically. There is a weird glitch when I try and triple click to select all text in a text box, it acts like I am done editing text. When I try to move the curser within a text box, it closes out the edit as if I am done editing. Those are enough for me to not pay a weekly fee. I love the idea of the animated graphics! I will be trying again once and if these options are fixed. 😉

App won’t load to my paid account

I paid for this app but can’t access my plan. The app continues to open asking me to sign up for a trial. The two times the app prompted me for my password the loading icon started to spin but never quit. I have tried reloading, shutting off my iPad. My payment was accepted, I was charged for a full year, as requested, but now I can’t use the app. I have contacted customer service. If I don’t hear back I’ll cancel through my credit card. Major pain, time waster so far. Fingers crossed. If this is fixed I’ll write another review.

I’ll try again, but...

I just created the videos I wanted after about 45min and after “exporting” the video is nowhere to be found. Additionally, I can’t get into my saved stories section at all. The app closes whenever I select that option. I’ll try deleting and reloading since other reviews seem to feel that once you get past these glitches the app can work really well. 🤞🏾😌

I got charge twice and no refund and no service

I like the app, but unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. I was charged twice and cannot use it on both my cell phone and iPad. They refunded one of the charges, but canceled my subscription, so now I am unable to use the app. I paid $59 and cannot use the app at all. I have been engaging in a series of discussions with customer service, yet it appears that they lack the comprehension or the expertise required to resolve the matter at hand. Update weeks later they simply decided to stop responding. This app is a scam they will take your money.

So much potential but missing so much!

Yet another promising app missing too many features. No tutorial or walkthrough on how to use the app. No undo button, no ability to remove overlays and things easily from templates. No ability to edit template items to change their size. Can only animate photos in one direction. Limits you to 5 photos even though there’s a reel and TikTok template. I’m a graphic designer and if I can’t figure an app out in 5 minutes or less it’s useless to me and removed from my phone. Just learn After Effects.

Too many hoops

I loved what I saw in the reviews and got the 3 day free trial. However, as one of the other reviews stated as a very busy person I completely forgot about the trial and was charged. For 3 days I was unaware of what exactly I was charged for and did some digging until I remembered. Not once did I use it and honestly don’t think I ever will so I tried to obtain a refund but man do they make it completely impossible to get one. For those who have read their policy, it gives you so many hoops to jump through just to obtain that! I guess I’ll that that $20 loss but wanted to warn anyone to not forget to cancel that trial! And yes I did cancel my account to make sure I will not be charged again!

Great App for Creators

I have been using this app for sometime now and I really enjoy using this app for enhancing my creative ability. Whenever you have a road block, Lift really helps brings inspiration to your content. I really like how you can edit and make everything personal. You can also start from scratch if you have something in mind that you want to create. The only thing is you have to pay to get the AI Avatars and the Instagram guide. I’m still on the fence to buy it, but it could be helpful if you really are a beginner. Great app so far 👍🏽

Annoying, regret paying for a year

It’s like the 6th time that after editing 20-30 min the save/download icon has disappeared and you can’t go ‘back’ either. Your just stuck after finishing a video and have no choice than to force quit only to find when you open the app back up all your work is gone ….no auto save … No video or edits. SO FREAKIN ANNOYING. Wish I hadn’t paid for a year. Also really hard to get to YouTube/landscape format, still can’t find it. I just see that option when I land on it somewhere. Needs work. Not worth what we are paying yet. Posts should have much more templates. Best for stories. Frustrating to say the least
