RFE: Specifying NTP Server

I love my LaMetric Time!I have a Request for Enhancement. Could you please add the option to specify your own NTP Server? Some ISPs block a continuing connection to an NTP time port.My LaMetric Time always gets out of sync after a few days and the only way to fix it, is to reboot it.I purchased a LAN NTP time server than has a GPS antenna to stay updated. ALL other devices in my home are told to get NTP time from it, but the LaMetric Time won’t let me specify my own address. This is a really simple request.I hate having clocks in the house that show the wrong time. Can you fix this issue, please?

Limited Time

Limited Time is what it should be called. If you aren't a dedicated programmer, there isn't a whole lot you can display that is worthwhile.It is doing time (when it's correct) display really well though, love the LEDs and color, which is the main reason I bought one.And for crying out loud, how long has this thing been out, and we still can't get Auto Time Zone to work correctly? Thankfully I'm not relying on this clock to wake up, or I'd be late this morning...

Little expensive

Please add option to slow down the speed of text scroll so I give 4 stars. If you add that option I will give 5 stars. Everything else is awesome just the price is little more. It is made for developers.

Fun gadget

I love this device and it’s the centerpiece of my wall unit (directly under the TV). I realize the functionality of the unit is at the mercy of app developers, however there is some basic UI and config changes that would help out a lot. -If we could adjust the duration and speed which each app has, it would be great. I hate making something on the message board only for it to blow by in under a second. -More styles to choose from regarding the way text is displayed. Neither of the two seem very conducive to reading. -If we could have an app appear in more than one slot, so I can have the date/time show up between each app rather than having to wait for it to come around full circle. That’s about all I can think of now from the top of my head. I do love the device though. Just feel like it needs more adjustability for it to be a homerun.

Poor Customer Service

I purchased a LaMetric App Clock during their Father's Day sale. The clock was delivered without the stock app's "more than 10 stocks" feature that was promised in the advertisements. I did some research and found that a prior customer requested those features to be added two years ago. LaMetric had responded that it would be done soon. I took a screenshot of that conversation on their support forum for my records. Also, they have poor customer service. When I asked for a refund, they did not respond until many weeks later. At that point, they informed me they had now added the missing feature they stated they already had in the beginning. I bought this item for the feature that it did not come with. They don't get to "add it" after the fact.

They broke the app!

The device is neat and worked fine for years. Now, the all is broken and useless. I can’t control or access the device in app. I tried everything, hard reset, deleted account and created new, nothing works. Really pathetic app, very disappointing.

Almost perfect

I love this little device for everything it does well. But the one thing I don't care for is the fact that at night it relies strictly on a brightness setting. When it's pitch black in my room, believe me, the time is quite quite bright. Enough that we had to find a different room for the thing. My solution is simple. Instead of just changing the brightness at night, change the color too. The dark blue and grey especially are quite low in the lumins. So, why not add a feature where you can adjust the color during "night hours" to something less bright than the least bright white?I want to be able to keep this on my night stand!

App Feels Abandoned

This feels like an abandoned product.It never gets new features, the app still hadn’t adopted the Plus/Max resolution dynamic after so many years…Software updates for the actual alarm clock are far and few in between. Meh.

App in severe need of an update

The feature to remove apps is broken. You press on the app, a delete dialog pops up, but disappears when you stop pressing on the app you want to delete. App user experience is awful.
