Good content but had download issue

I like the content on this platform especially for the price, but I have a big problem with the downloaded content. It never seems to find my downloaded content when I am out of network especially while traveling when I would like to use it the most. I will update rating to 5 stars if this bug is fixed.

not much books

Only limited books are available and not of much useful to me.App is also not performing properly it does scroll down to see where to left of the chapters of the bookVery difficult to navigate one you are inside a book Hope app owners realise and make some improvements Recently I contacted them and gave a feedback about the way the book was read to the audience and they hardly cared and ignored it.When a book was read they were supposed to read the original contents instead they are adding their own life content mixed messages

Please fix the diagnosed

Please fix the download. The downloaded content only appears in the library when connected to the internet. I was planning on using the app while traveling but it has been a huge disappointment so far

Worst support service ,worst customer agent

I have paid for premium subscription and it is not even 15 days and app is asking for premium subscription again. I have sent all the screenshot and required. But customer agent ended my chat without resolving my issue or even have not asked to end chat. Don’t know what they think customer. Agent I was talking was sanil.

Let user check the quality before purchasing

The fact that you just let the users to listen to introductory lesson does not make sense. I would like to listen at least one portion of the actual chapter before deciding if the quality of the audio book is good. The introductory part does not add value. No body is going to become millionaire after listen to 1 min of the actual content. Make it free so that we can understand the quality. Also, I could not find a book I was looking for. Improve the search feature. Add more filters so that we can search them using author name as well. I see many books with the same name.

Useless app

I have paid and nothing works from day 1.Search for kids section and app show the spinner for ever logged-off and logged-in again but didn’t workotp to US number not receiving otp at allwhile entering IS number says please enter a valid number both in site and app

Excellent

I'm totally enjoying the podcast delivered by the KukuFM.The only drawback would be that famous audiobooks are not uploaded yet and I hope to see them soon.This app is being a perfect companion during my Gym workout. :)

Has lot of flaws in the app

1) I clicked on “vellai nirathil oru vaanavil” and it’s not working2) search with “author” name is not returned with those novels/books even though the books available with manual search. Feel like Testing should be done properly 3) not very user friendly app4) I am not seeing complete novels/books list under the main topics. Only few books are coming up5) sometimes audio stops in the middle and just need to forward to next episode for the continuation

App is great without a offline mode

I love this app, it has a great content. the audio books and RJ's are great. the audio quality is awesome. it would great if the app has a feature / button to manually make the audio books to listen offline instead of detecting the internet and then asking user to listen offline. also it is useful wen we want to use the app while in travel where we lose network connectivity frequently.
