Really good shows

I enjoyed some of the shows on this app. I didn’t have any trouble steaming on my tablet or phone however, the app does not allow to cast screen to my tv which is disappointing since this is possible when many other apps. I also like the English subtitles. So thanks ALTBalaji. Please make some improvements and then I will rate it 5 stars!

Very slow video streaming

Roku app for ALTBalaji fails to launch!! Can you please work with them to resolve this? This is frustrating, I just subscribed but now can’t watch on a TV. Update:- App launches Roku, but in all platforms (Apple TV, Roku, Web browser) except for iOS...there’s a lot of buffering. This is absolutely aggravating. Agreed there are great shows, but it’s no good if there’s this kind of buffering!! Please please fix the bugs in all platforms. Balaji Productions has enough funds to fix the app they’re investing on. Internet speed is over 75mbps, no other apps buffer than this one.

Ok but not that impressed

The download was easy and quick. I signed up and watched a few trailers. Initially I got an error message stating my internet wasn’t working and I had to restart app. I watched a few trailers but quality not as great as I hoped for streaming. The shows look good so far hopefully steaming will improve.

Worst Subscription System

We subscribed for a year and it stops every 3 months stating that we are due with the credit.. you request again, they apologize,start it over and again after 3 months it shows the subscription is over. Why charge for a year when you can’t provide the customer full service ? Wasted 3 months in just getting in touch with them. Contacting them with the issue and getting back an answer is another hassle in life!! Hate it!!!!

It’s a Scam. Don’t waste your money.

I got the subscription because of The shows are like. Funny thing is two or three episodes are available for the shows I want to watch. This is a scam.They contacted me after I wrote the review. They said how can we help? I said how about a refund since there are only 2-3 episodes for some shows? These idiots pointed me to their terms and conditions page which is very long & tiny to read. This app should not be on the Apple app store. It’s a complete scam.

Good intent terrible execution

Its exciting to see Indian production content gaining traction on the streaming front. However the execution of this app is unbelievable poor. With india being a coding powerhouse its difficult to understand how the developer has gotten the basics so wrong. Streaming quality for me was average, no ability to air play (though I could do screen mirroring). As some others have pointed out the TvOS app is a complete disaster with the description interface ‘blocking’ the play button. You actually cannot watch anything.

Worst app ever - I don’t have an option to rate 0.

Ever since I’ve become a member, I’ve always had issues with this app/channel. 1. Technical difficulties ALL the time. Sometimes the app in the phone freezes, sometimes it’s the TV app. For being Indian tech, I would expect much better. 2. Shows- they will start a show and then never renew it for the second year. Not one show, but numerous shows. Waste of time folks. Avoid it at all costs. Utterly disappointed. 😡🤬

Regarding the subscription problem

Hello,So, I already paid $14 for a year but it’s still not working I’m not able to watch any shows it just takes me back to the subscription page and when I click on the yearly payment option it says that you are already subscribed. I don’t understand that what exactly is the problem? I don’t want to waste my money I need a solution. So, can someone please help? Because if you guys can’t than you guys have the worst customer service policy. So, Do Something instead of giving subscribers hard time.

Horrible shows with manipulated IMDB revies

The shows are just horrendous. They pick promising topics and try to pretend that they are presenting a show..the shows are in fact just garbage with forceful inclusion of cliche and soulless buzzwords.. there is only one thing consistent about the shows here and that is the pointlessness of each and every show. And they manipulate the IMDB review rating by flooding it with fake reviews submitted by fake accounts..Shame on you Ekta Kapoor.. so much resource wasted in making amateur shows..even a student project is 1000 times better

Zero Good Content and Horrible Customer Service

I downloaded this app to watch a show- expecting all its episodes to be streaming. However, most shows have erratic or incomplete episodes on their app. Their customer service is aware of this problem and no one has done anything to fix it. Since the app won’t let you check out the contents before you purchase the subscription, there is no way of finding out if they actually have the episodes that they claim they do.Unfortunately, after you have subscribed and you find out they don’t actually have the episodes they said they had, they will not refund the money to you. That’s just their poor policies. No actually good app would get away with cheating their customers like this.
