worst shopping experience ever

I ordered some snacks back in February and still haven’t received it. It’s May now. I contacted customer service several times and there were either always busy, or not responsive. They even created fake tracking number just so I can stop bothering them. The tracking number was never updated(duh it’s fake) and I lost so much time and patience trying to get a useful response. Stop using excuses like unforeseeable losgitics. I have placed orders with other apps and their delay is significantly more informed and within understandable timeframe. I asked for refund and they are now trying to deliver the product. Such a disappointing shopping experience. ——-真的是客服又不专业运货也一直拖延一问就是物流不可控劝各位还是远离这样的商家

Particularly good

Understanding kouhigh is a pair of socks from the beginning, other platforms are not satisfied bought several good, buy a comfort much more than expected in the kouhigh socks, then got out of hand.

Terrible

The app is not a scam but not sure about the company. I order something Feb and not received it by June. Like everyone else. They keep telling me my stuff is on the way. But other than that, they have no tracking number or anything else. Days ago on their app the company said they’ll refund the some of buyers and yes, one of my friend received credit back to the account, BUT the credit miroclly gone after three days. I’m speechless

No star If possible

I’ve never seen a company can SHADY like this. I’ve cancelled my order, and contacted the customer representative, they said the refund will process in 3/5 business day. I didn’t get my refund, now I got my order!? When I contacted the representative, it said because of Covid-19, they packed order within 24 hours, so it’s NORMAL and POSSIBLE for them to still ship my order and donot issue my refund. If I still want the money back, I can return my order after received. Then WHY DO I NEED TO CANCEL IT? I don’t know how the App Store have so many positive reviews, maybe they got paid for this, but for me, nope

Fake company, bad experience, no star!

I ordered some items at the beginning of April. However, I never received them in mail. I contacted the customer service and asked for mail tracking number. The customer service person cannot provide me with any real tracking number. Since they cannot provide any evidence of shipment, I suspect that they never mail anything to their customer. When I cash out the US dollars in my account. Problems occurred and my dollars amount disappeared from my account! I am still trying to contact customer service. It waisted a lot of my time. I had very bad experience with Kouhigh. Don’t use it!!假商家，订货两个月了，结果没送到，申请提现，竟不被受理，且要求提现的金额自动从账户中消失，损失了金钱，浪费了时间，劝大家千万别上当受骗，不要买口嗨的货物！
