I use this when I want to refill meds and I also use it for doctor appointment reminders and also for med refill reminders. It works for what it’s supposed to do. The only reason I gave it 4 is because it’s very simplistic and has a hard time loading or logging me in sometimes. Sometimes it will just sit there but if I force close app and come back it’s fine. I can’t really gripe about that. I’ve had worse apps than this.
This is a dying and dysfunctional organization and it is extremely frustrating to even do business with them. Last year, there was a perfectly fine Kmart Pharmacy app which worked fine to order my scripts. In early 2019, the company released a totally new app which obviously hadn’t been tested or rolled out properly. It took me weeks of work with the support folks at the company who runs the app to fix it. About a month later, they, again, overhauled the app or maybe the partnered with a new vendor. Possibly the previous vendor got screwed in bankruptcy court. The latest app is the worst yet. It just plain doesn’t work. The pharmacists at my Kmart don’t even know how the app works, even though they have asked for training....which doesn’t surprise me in an organization like Kmart.Bottom line: go elsewhere for your scripts. You will need to in about a year or so anyway when Sears/Kmart finally throw it in for good...so just do it now. Problem is I really like my pharmacists. So I just stop by to order my scripts when I am passing by my local store. This app is really pathetic. But then so is Sears/Kmart.
I log in and the app tells me I have no refills at any pharmacy. I routinely fill about 20 prescriptions, in 90-day supplies, at about 3 Kmart pharmacies where I travel for work! The text app is useless for refills by just giving the last 4 numbers of the RX number. No one, including this pharmacist, has their numbers memorized, but I always know which medications I use! (You can always tell when a corporate pharmacy is run by lawyers instead of pharmacists!) This is a pity and a shame since the corporation could use at least one drawing point, instead of the plethora of bad things that are being publicized by the media. Thanks for trying. Sorry no resources could be expended on it to design or maintain it.
I tried this app, hoping it would be a helpful tool. I requested 2 important refills, two days went by. I called the pharmacy to check the status. They said they noticed I was using the app, and that it doesn’t work. They could see I requested SOMETHING, but not WHAT. Would have been nice if they’d have contacted me to see what I needed. Also, app is slow, glitchy and times out constantly. As other have mentioned, Kmart continues to rapidly decline, BUT I adore the pharmacy staff and they typically take great care of me. So I know I should switch pharmacies, but I’m dragging my feet.I digress, avoid this cluster of an app.
So much better.Smoother.No glitches when ordering refills.Thank you for the updated app!
They're not my primary pharmacy, but for the special need I have, they've been efficient, courteous and fairly easy to deal with. And the app does the job for what I need done.
Simple, basic and does what it should do. Has improved greatly in the few years I have used it.
This app was helpful until the texting feature stopped alerting me to refill. Corresponded several times with tech support and they have done nothing. I only use it now the refill after my separately created reminder in another app reminds me to do so. Although I could just as easily call it in so I guess that renders the app useless?
I loved this app because of the sheer convenience it offered to keep track of prescriptions. But now it will not allow me to sign in. I've tried resetting the password, deleting the app and reinstalling it, and even restarting my phone. I still get an error message "There was an error while processing the request. Please try again." Disappointed.
After the last update I ended up deleting the app. After entering my insurance information, I tried to refill a prescription but when I go to check out it would fail when I would pick pay in store. Never was able to fill my prescription, had to phone it in.It seems every time they update the app it never works right. It’s easier just to call prescription in now.
