Better than before; room for improvement
This app is so much better than the previous app from Joovv, but there is still room for improvement. The Bluetooth connection is quick when you open the app, and I do enjoy that it logs your number of sessions and time for the week. However, a MUCH NEEDED improvement is the session settings. It defaults back to 1 minute time EVERY time you open or use the app. I see no reason why you shouldn’t be able to set a default OR have it default back to your last-used settings. Hardware: Duo 2.0
Love Joovv and This App
I love using this app to control and track my Joovv sessions. It is very simple to use! I have their new Go 2.0 and love how I can set an alarm to wake me up in the morning!
Taps Misaligned
Very irritating that the tap on the phone doesn’t align well with the icons so multiple are required to get the action. It doesn’t seem to track individual users. Not sure what benefit this really provides. Very disappointed.
Concerned
Just unpacked my box a few days ago and so far, my Joovv Solo 3.0 seems to be working great. However, the app, which was just updated 2 weeks ago, is surprisingly poorly done considering the cost of this device. The iPhone version has text that goes off the screen with no way to reduce the size. I get a popup window every time I open the app stating there’s been updates but while I could update the first one, the Bluetooth update button appears off the screen below and is inaccessible. So I just keep getting reminders with no way to act on it. I’m also a little concerned from reading previous reviews that they don’t have a customer service number, only an email which people have said seems to not be very responsive. One last thing, I wish the device could be powered off instead of just staying in standby mode.
Bare bones app
This app sort of does the bare bones and does connect nicely to the joovv but the alarm option for the go consistently throws an error and doesn’t work. All of the text overlaps and certain toggles aren’t visible due to text going off the screen. It would also be nice to delete events. It logs every time you turn the machine on and it would be nice to delete those events. It would be even more amazing if you could track your goals by body part, particularly for the go but really any version that doesn’t cover the whole body.
Doesn’t work with Joovv Go
Will not recognize my Joovv Go. Tries to pair device as mini or liberta. alarm clock function will not work unless paired as Joovv Go. Joovv does not have a customer support phone number, only email and it is very difficult to get assistance. Please fix these issues!!
App Crashes when deleting session
UPDATE: Developed quickly shipped an update that fixed this problem, added a star. Thank you for the quick response. Newly released feature doesn’t work. When trying to delete a session from the history, upon hitting the delete button after swiping, app crashes then closes.
Just meh - could be so much better
I love the product but hate the app. I see the potential there, so hopefully the developers do too. I have the small Joovv and I share this with my husband. He has his own login but the data somehow gets mingled. I’ve tried at least 10 times to change my weekly goal for number of sessions and it keeps reverting back. The number of sessions/minutes is not accurate -again, I think it’s mingling the data. When my husband uses the Joovv his app goes to my # of minutes and vice versa. There was no help/FAQ that addressed using the same device for two people. I’m still fairly new to using the actual products so haven’t seen results yet.
Convenient and Easy to use
Love love this App! I own the Solo 3.0 and appreciate how convenient and easy it is to access the different modes and track my daily treatments!
So Slow
The only thing that keeps me from using Joovv as much is having to use this app. It’s slow and annoying. An unnecessary add on that doesn’t improve the experience but just makes it a burden to have to wait around for to sync and turn on.

The Joovv Mobile App allows you to control your Joovv from your iOS device. The App is an extension to the devices control panel and allows you to access additional features such as Ambient Mode and Alarm Clock Mode. Users can keep track of sessions, set goals and receive reminders.
