This app is great!

Given the complexity of using the IRCTC website, I wasn't expecting a good experience with the mobile app. But it's a great mobile experience -- easy to look up your train schedule and check your PNR status. It even loaded my tickets onto my Apple Wallet. Great job!

Great service and helpful officers

Railway officers were helpful in all the brothers to sit together. We were in different compartments and were meeting after 20 years and wanted to sit together and talk together during the journey. One of the Ticket collectors was very thoughtful and organized it so we could spend good quality time together. Thank you sir for your kindness!

Very good app

I liked using it!! It’s simple and there is no delay if you have a good internet connection. It shows the train timings, availability and the coach positions too. It also shows the train current running status. It’s a very good app on the go!!

Great user interface

I’ve used the railways booking site before which is a night mare to navigate. Used the app and now it’s super duper easy. Should have downloaded the app earlier

Great app! Thanks to app developers

Very good app its does everything from train timetable , reservations and live status of train and much more ! But train live status is little off but it gives an approximate location of train. Wish developer can fixed & come up with more accurate updates! But overall this is the best app so far when it come to train travel In india ! Would like to see the preference save option ! Makes job easy for booking. Good job to the app developers! Must deserve Thank you.

AWESOME APP FOR BOOKING TRAINS AND FLIGHTS

Easy to use and get adapted with best interface and easy payment and transactions probably the best app for Indians on Iphone for booking trains and flights keep going. Only one thing that bothers me is password which is being asked after every transaction. Thank you

Seamless interface and great features!

Stumbling upon this app was a pleasant surprise, as I have been constantly disappointed by other Indian railway apps, which suffer either from poor interface, slow response, or a crazy load of annoying ads. This app is a refreshing break from all those disappointments, as it offers a clean seamless interface- fast and intuitive, and completely ad free.On top of that, this app really personalizes the experience as a card gets added to your homepage when you check a PNR status, and shows highlights such as the train status on the home page itself. Moreover, it is very easy to jump from one info to another, for example, from PNR status to train status to coach placements, to even seat placements within the coach. Finally a great app for Indian railways that was long overdue.The only suggestion I would have is to enable creating an Apple Wallet card for a ticket in the sharing options for PNR status.

Very easy to use

Have been using the app for last 4 years and it’s never been disappointing. One of best railway, bus and flight booking app I have ever used. Some of features I like most are coach position, Apple wallet support and reliable customer service and support.

The worst app experience ever

The drop downs for selecting month and year for a debit card payment are really crazy. If you select January the month will be 12. You have to select the next month for the required months number and next year for the required year. How can they not even do a basic testing of payment process. Also, I have tried 2 different cards and didn’t get any OTP. They really have to fix this ASAP and do some basic testing before release
