Faulty

Rapido app usage caused my iPhone SE to crash and shutdown, after which I got a message from the iPhone system, that the phone has recovered from a fatal crash as the battery was unable to provide peak power. The first time it happened the phone was on 9%, and generally in the past I have been able to book a rapido at this battery level also. Then again today morning the same happened and my phone was on 14% battery. I understand that the battery was low, but then how come I can use paytm app to do a upi>wallet>merchant transaction while on 4G and as soon as I opened rapido app to check for a ride, the phone shut down, and after it turned on it showed 12% battery. Please check to see if your GPS service is drawing too much power which is stalling the phone

Location issues

The app works great but somehow when a location is set, the pickup point and drop-off point do not match the actual point and it gets redirected to some other point based on a generic address.

Very bad current location finder

Maps and current location finding must improve a lot. Presently showing over 200 mtrs away from the current location. Also the destination locations need to be upgraded. This is a big challenge I have been facing. Will try for a week more and delete the app.

Bad support

I’ve been blocked from the app. I contacted support for this and I haven’t got any reply from them, and I’m still blocked, but I’ve been using this from another number and the service has been great. I’m only disappointed with the customer support.

Good and worst experience

I had a good and a worst experience. My first trip was really good. Same day I booked a second trip. The guy accepted my trip was more than 20 kilometers away. So he asked to cancel and rebook. I rebooked twice and both the riders were asking about the location and price (95 rupees)They asked to cancel myself. If they can’t ride to location or less amount they should be cancelling and why are they asking me ??

Horrible driver attitude and wrong charge

The driver didn’t follow the shared location and went somewhere else and then after he came here, he is charging me for his mistake!!! So instead of charging for 11 kms, I got charged for 23 kms and had to pay Rs140. And the attitude of the driver is pathetic and so is that of the customer service person. I could have got it delivered by OLA or Uber for far less!!! And then waste of my time in all the arguments… you lost me as a customer! With such attitude and behaviour, Rapido needs to be avoided. Reach out to me for trip details if you are really keen on looking into the behaviour of the driver and the unethical charges. Let’s see if Rapido even cares about its customers.

Insensitive

Some drivers are good but some are insensitive and dropped us on the road saying that the map showed only till there. We were actually just 1000 steps away to the destination and requested him to just go a little bit further but he was so rude and told us that he won’t go even a step further.

Very bad experience with Service

I had a very bad experience with service while tried to book my first ride. Upon ride confirmation Bike Taxi captain called my mobile and informed me to cancel the ride as he has some personal work to complete in Bank within salt lake area then he can able to attend the service. I requested him to complete his ride as he has accepted the request then he can complete his personal work. But he refused to do so. I call the emergency number with my experience but shockingly respected person suggested to me to cancel my ride and look for another. My question is how they are allowing to do personal work while he is on duty then why you are serving people??? This is not a professional attitude. I have cancelled my ride and provide my feedback but I didn’t get any responses from this platform. What a service.. !!!!!

Regarding helmet

Hey , my name is Vikas Nd I travelled first with Rapido Nd I’m not happy . Because they give same helmet to every customer which is not hygienic, they can give at least a use and throw cap and that cap is so cheap that you can add it easily as it cost only 1 rs per cap , please take this matter in your knowledge and see to it .Thank you ,

Irresponsible drivers

Most of the time drivers ( so called captains ) don’t show up after accepting rides.Some will ask the cost that it shows in app and if they see small rides then they will refuse the ride.Few times they will stay in their home and start the app and accepts ride. This way they will take much more time than it will be showing the app.There are many other ways they will waste your time.
