Great App!!

This app is awesome. It is worth the .99. The sirens are all great quality. A few things I dont like are: 1. Is that the airhorn stops the siren. 2. Is that the manual is more of an Electronic-Q siren. 3. Is that the manual would be better if it restarted when released. But over all a great app.

Great but...

The sirens need to be able to be turned off, but also to loop as long as you want not just the length provided.A loop and maybe tap again to stop for the sounds. Also my gun doesn't make a sound. It vibrates the phone and does it's animation but no gun sound :(And yes the lights should be able to stay on with out the menu buttons either.

Not as bad as everyone says

For those complaining about the lightbar feature not staying illuminated long enough, understand that this is just a "toy" app. The devs don't want you to have the ability to place this in your dashboard for extended periods of time so you can impersonate a law enforcement officer. There is no reason to have it on for more than the 5 seconds they provide.My only gripe is with the siren feature. Although the naming is correct for each sound, the "horn" and "manual" siren should be a press and release function. (Momentary on/off button) Meaning, the sound only plays as long as you hold down the button. That's how they work on the real-life sirenboxes. If the devs could mend that tiny flaw, it would make this a truly unique app.Besides that, the flashlight screen is functional as with all the other white screen apps out there. The gun is a simple "gun app" with a single round shot per touch anywhere on the screen. You do get visuals but nothing too grand. The badge is...a badge that says "special police" and plays an Eastwood quote when touched. Overall, not bad at all for $0.99. You get a lot compared to other apps considering that it has 4 selectable flash patterns, sirens, a light to illuminate a dark areas, and don't forget, the best prank ever for your friend who drives like a maniac.

Light pattern great! Sound not so good!

Well I'm an EMT and used the app. At a special event that we needed a siren to get through crowds the lights were effective but the sound SUCKED! When it looped it turned off then on again quickly. I found a better app that u can change colors of the lights and 7 patterns and sounds are amazing for the same price .99 if they fix that looping problem it would be a much better app.

Hmmm

I downloaded this for the sounds. I thought it'd be fun to teach my parrot these sounds since we do take him for rides.  also, my husband BEING an FTO, I think he'd get a kick out of my parrot mimicikng them. I haven't even checked out the lights, but according to the reviews, I'm having the opposite problem with the sirens.I start a siren, but I can't get it to stop without closing out the app. It has a stop button, but that doesn't really work well. If I can't get this blasted thing to stop after a fee sound cycles, how in the WORLD am I going to be able to stop the bird from making the noise.
