Bought my new home with their products and has given me nothing but issues. Now I can’t even turn any lights in the house.Tried unplugging the system, rebooting the system through the company’s webpage and even unplugging thensystem to let it reboot and no luck.What a waste!!!
I regret so bad getting this system. The app is even worse. Last update was a year ago and now I can’t access my thermostat.
We bought a house with Intuity lighting and none of the lights can be controlled through the app. I did some research and found out that Legrand discontinued the product in 2019 after just 4 years in production (intuity was created in 2015). They are also shutting down servers after warranty ends so no more remote access. I called customer support to at least get my lights working while I’m at home and have been put on hold for hours dispute being “position 1” in queue. I’ve left voicemails and have never heard back. Never trusting Legrand products again.
This app does not conform to any Apple standards, not sure how it even passed Apple’s most basic checks!App is buggy AF, and does not allow me to open some configured rooms! No support for Apple Home and is exactly the opposite of “Smart Home” functionality!
My impression of this company is that they were the new hotness 3-5 years ago. After they made money they stopped reinvesting in the company and supporting their product. I recommend you look elsewhere for home automation. Stay away from Legrand / On-Q.
Don't waste any time or money! I've followed instructions to make appointments on several occasions to have someone call me so we can have this stuff and many issues fixed! Not one call, email or contact what so ever! My house is wired & full of non working equipment/ junk!
Originally posted a few months ago about how the app never works. I got it fixed (after at least 1 month), but now is no longer working again and is requiring me to call them to restart my system? This is so unfortunate because now I cannot do any settings from my phone (like arm/disarm, adjust temps, etc). Now I have to do everything 3 flights down. This is a horrible security system setup as well as “smart-home” feature.
This has to be the worst. The server went down for more than a month....couldn’t access my home alarm, my lights or anything. There is nothing about this system that makes your home smart. Terrible!!!!
It stops working all the time and the technician they send doesn’t even know what he’s doing. I’ve been reading manuals and trying to figure everything out by myself 😡😡😡😡
This app has never been good, have the time it does not work, and for me it currently does not work. I have sent an email for assistance and never heard from anyone. The sad part is it all came with my house soo I feel like I should use it but I’m tempted to get rid of the whole thing.
