Every single time you open the app it changes to one meal a day. Even though I keep setting it to 16:8. So when I log in to check the time - it is always incorrect and then an ad pops up and then I have to go back into settings to change from 23:1 to 16:8.
It keeps switching my plan when I close app from 20 to 13
I want to fast 18:6 but the system reverts to 13:11. System needs to be fixed.
For an app designed specifically to track fasting and eating periods, you’d think the clock function would be accurate. You are limited to preset times— if you want a 14/10 fasting to eating ratio, for example, you have to use your phone’s timer or stopwatch feature.
I keep changing my fasting time from 13/11 to 16/8 but it doesn’t save ad reverts back to 13/11.
I love that I can visually track my fasting. I get to push the timer that lets me know when I start fasting and when I’m done. It’s nice to see the graphs of the days I’ve fasted. I’m a visual person so it works quite well for me to see the progress.I also love the weight graphs too. As you enter your weight, it creates a graph showing you how yiur weight is increasing or decreasing over time. Again I’m a visual person so I like to see that.It’s a good app if your just staring intermittent fasting like me. I’ve completed a month of fasting btw.
The only thing I don’t like this app is that your not able to edit your time.
This keeps me motivated and gives me all the basic information I require to fast and keep on track!Easy to use and I love to see my progress 😃
The app does not look like the preview. Is not interactive. Kept reverting back to a different fasting time frame. Really just not very helpful.
If you really aren’t sure if you’re in an eating stage or fasting, don’t depend on the app’s clock! I know that my eating phase starts in 3 hours, but the app shows I’m still fasting for another 10 hours.
