I got this game when it first came out in English and I like it a lot. I have played a few other Ikémen games and this one has a very good rewards system. I generally play these kinds of games for free and if you are patient, this game can be played for free. If you are not patient, I think the pricing for various levels of loot is good as well. The diamonds are the main money for epilogues and the "good" avatar challenges. You get them through logging in and through high rankings, as well as finishing storylines. You get 5 tickets free everyday for reading and can get others through challenges and logging in. The stories are interesting, but not too complicated. I very much like some of the newer storylines. The epilogues and side stories are juicy and can definitely be worth the diamonds, but spend wisely if you are playing for free. Of all the games I have played, I enjoy this and Ikémen Vampire the most and find it the most useful for getting stuff if you are patient. Enjoy!

Good but buggy

I want to love Ikepri but right now I can only like it. The story is good and the characters are engaging but the app has a lot of bugs that make the game less enjoyable. The biggest is the ad system. The game claims you can watch ads to redeem for an extra story chapter or mini game credits but all of the advertisements trap you in a dead end that forces you to close the app and never gives you the promised credits. The game music also abruptly ends mid game play occasionally and often the mini games and gacha system will crash before you can get the rewards with no option to replay. These bugs make what would otherwise be a 5 star game difficult and frustrating to play.

good but very P2W

the plot is good, and it's one of the only otome games where i genuinely want to play every single route bc the characters are so addicting. but one thing i've noticed is that the in game currency is completely unbalanced. gold is so hard to farm to the point i had to buy a subscription to be able to pass the avatar checks. and not to mention diamonds. the currency that costs actual money and is impossible to get when you're F2P. it would be nice if the items in the shop were tradable for gold and diamonds, but no, it's just diamonds. and if you don't have diamonds, you can't progress how you want to. it's either pay an unreasonable amount of money or wait weeks to farm enough to be able to read 10 minutes worth of content.

daily story tickets error(?)

I honestly love Ikemen Prince, as someone who is ADDICTED to the game, there is one thing that recently just appeared. and that is that my story tickets ( daily ones ) haven’t shown up. I usually know about what time it does appear, with the daily login bonus and the gold gacha. though these last few days the haven’t ‘refilled’ to 5. it just appears as Zero and if I had already used it which is odd because i haven’t used them and no one is on my phone. So if you could look into this issue, that would be great!

What's your excuse?

Everything is great, the story is awesome and I love how everyone has such unique personalities and the little angst near the end really keeps you on edge... But Cybird really, will it kill you to be a bit more lenient with your f2p players??? Like I think it's absolutely impossible for f2p players to finish 3 premium ends by the end of the event. Your first event was lacklustre with the bonus items and the story was dry to say the least. How does the whole epilogue jump from the so innocent and dare I say not so thrilling main story?? At least in ikevamp the epilogues made more sense and I remember accumulating intimacy points was easier there. Not to mention I wanna compare midnight Cinderella here as well tbh I was so sad when they announced they were not going to update it anymore, honestly it was my first and favourite cybird game and even there the events weren't this cruel and difficult. Please see to that you do something about these impossible features. I understand that it's a new game but seriously if you were going to launch it at least make it worth while. Tbh the only reason I'd continue playing was for the character special events like birthdays and the main story because everything else just seems rushed and poorly made.

Ok, but meh

I recently downloaded a bunch on otome games from this developer. I’m not new on otome games. This game wasn’t too impressive as the characters personality wasn’t too striking to be obsessed with the game. After reading a few chapters for the second prince. I had to get 2500 intimacy points. Which is hard depending on how much free time you have to check in multiple times a game. I had to use items. It took my like 4 days to continue playing the game. I know for sure. If I encountered another ridiculous challenge. I will delete this game. The prologue had 15 chapters and each “chapter” has about 5 mini chapters in it. Which just makes the more annoying since you only get about 5-7 tickets a day for 3 min chapters.

BEST OTOME EVER

I played so many Otome games before and I can definitely say that Ikemen prince is one of the best !! The characters are unique and their stories are well written! I’m truly so fascinated by the complex yet heartwarming stories of the characters, I truly enjoyed it ! Also the characters designs are so beautifully drawn !!, also the game is simple and the events are so fun ~ I want to convey my gratitude to the writer, the artist, and who ever worked in this game, thank youu 😭💗I finished all the routes in the game idk what I will do with my life when there’s nothing left .. please can you make second chapters or routes for the characters 😭😭

Beautiful ❤️

I love this app! It’s princes are each unique and interesting with well thought out routes for each one. We are still waiting for a few but I’m sure they will also be worth the wait! Each route, while obviously showing you an unknown side of the chosen prince, also gives you a different perspective of the other princes. The flaws/traumas of each prince adds a bitter depth to their over all sweet romances. Perfect for Beauty and the Beast.They even have really cute outfits for the MC and princes if the decorative part is what you’re into. I’m really pleased with what I’ve received through the main stories and events! Some people have complained about having to spend money, but if you’re patient with the game it’s really not so bad. I’ve only spent about $50 this year and I have loads of cute avatar decor and a few side stories! Just think through your purchases if you make any. Personally I don’t think you have to spend money at all to enjoy the story, just be patient. You get 5 story tickets everyday which is enough to finish one chapter a day on top of free gifts that are given out daily (some of which are more story tickets).

Love love love

The characters are beautiful and the story is amazing. I know it didn’t come out that long ago but I wish the other brothers routes were out! I have no patience!! They give you A LOT of free stuff at the beginning and it really helps get through the story. Generally you can play this game for free if you save up all your diamonds and gold but if you want the full experience you’re going to have to pay. I always spend so much money on these games but they interest me and are totally worth it in my opinion. PLEASE let us know when the others routes are coming out. My favorite right now is Chevalier 🤭

Newbie experience is not great. Not fun.

I wanted to like this game but sadly I think the experience for new players is disappointing. For one, you are constantly having to upgrade your closet space with diamonds with the sheer amount of items they give you when you start playing. I get that they want more players to buy things so they can make money, but having to use the precious pull currency just to be able keep/try on decoration items as a new player just reeks of greed. Yes, I know I can sell the items to make space, but it’s pretty crappy to have my Inbox clogged up just because I don’t have closet space within the first 5 minutes of accessing the Inbox. Second, the constant loading screens. Ikemen Sengoku wasn’t nearly this annoying. I get this is a newer game with more fancy stuff happening on the backend, but honestly, this game feel inefficient in comparison to the older game. Third, the amount of content per story ticket feels kinda small. Maybe I shouldn’t have gone with the recommended chapter first, but I’m not interested in the story after completing 2 chapters. I guess I’ll just work on it slowly, but I don’t feel interested in spending at all. Just not interested in encouraging this kind of monetization. BTW, “Salon Time” is very boring. It is rather insulting to think that this is in any way entertaining or fun.
