Account Statement feature is not working

Whenever I try to check my account statement for a certain period an error msg “Invalid account number “ pops up. How can the account number be invalid if it’s pre-filled by the app itself. Previous version was much better at least I was able to use the basic features without any problem there.

Rest In Peace IT developers

First review in iPhone App Store. Each time I transfer money minimum I need 10 plus attempts to complete the transaction.Always getting Time out? What is this time out for? I have good iPhone and fast internet connect and I can complete transfer within 40 second, where this timeout play role here. Good luck IT guys.

Worst banking app

Whenever I go to debit card section then I get error that sorry we are unable to compete your request, please try again later. I have complained since days and still nobody is interested to resolve this issue. I have also written about this to RBI.

Unnecessary permissions

Why does this app force me on my location permission, I don’t want to share my location or any other permissions with any app , why your app force me to do that I’m using other banks apps as well but they don’t ask me for location permission

Not working in USA

I am not able to login to the app. It goes of OTP verification and never complete. Even SMS is getting transferred to different number. The toll free customer service number gets connected to some other 3rd party policy agencies

App is good but it charges for each transfer to funds

Hi I liked the look an feel of app. However I am disappointed to see that this app is charging for each transfer of fund. It was not charged in earlier version of app. Defeats the soul purpose of using application better I use internet banking.

Not working in USA anymore

SMS with OTP does not arrive at all, it blocked transactions and deactivation of app doesn’t work either because of SMS issues, this used to happen randomly before but now it is consistent, developers can you take a look at this?

You created app for what

I cannot login to app without enabling location service. Now why on earth you need that when you have all the other details. How are you safeguarding client privacy. If you dont understand why apps are created please dont fund your IT department furthur. I am sure they are busy with other stuff then customer service.

Error on non-jailbroken device

The device I use was jailbroken previously i.e., during iOS 7/8 days. It’s been running stock firmware since iOS 9 but this app throws ‘This app isn’t supported on jailbroken devices’ error. Either find a way to correctly determine if current firmware is jailbroken or just throw a warning message & let us use the app. P.S: App devs need to know that iOS jailbreaking scene is slowing dying & not many users are opting for it for various reasons incl but not limited to errors from fin tech apps.
