What a wonderful surprise!!

Stopped in at the Ardmore, OK location to find a tea lover’s heaven. The choices were amazing…. Oh yea….. free taste samples too!! And fresh fruit too!!!!! The manager was so helpful. She explained the history of the business and made some great suggestions on mixing up the flavors. I don’t have a location near me and I’ve still managed to visit 4 times over the past month…. And I’ve told everyone I could think of about it as well!

Great customer service and pet friendly

Always a friendly smile and provides information about the various products including the app to earn “drips” for each purchase. This allows you to earn points for free products. Enjoy being able to take a walk with my pet and stop by for a beverage. Super important in the Texas heat.

Pretty good

I just downloaded the app (I didn’t know there was one lol) and so far it’s been pretty easy to use. I wish we could enter receipts that are more than 3 days old because I don’t go that often. The first good receipt I tried scanning said “oops network error”, so I had to type in the barcode number, which isn’t necessarily a good look. Also, when ordering, the sweet tea flavors aren’t the same as the unsweet so I can’t get the specific flavor I want unsweetened. That needs to change, or they just need to have the option to make ANY flavor sweet or unsweetened. One flavor I’ve really wanted to try happens to be DECAF!!! I want caffeine in my tea lollllll. So ya, easy to use app, and I like the company but some things need to be tweaked. I usually go to Sonic because it’s cheaper.

Great Tea and Marketing

Found out about HTeaO through my work, had to run power over at one of the local spots. Figured I'd come try some of the tea and check out how everything turned out but the staff is really friendly and welcoming. The tea is extremely good there isn't a flavor i dislike. Definitely recommend their products.

Tea time!

Tea time is any time for me! Great beverage to quench my thirst.... it’s endless. I don’t go anywhere without my tea! Quick, easy dispensers. You can help yourself or have the cashier fill a mini “gallon” half gallon (my favorite) or a gallon. Right now I’m enjoying my half gallon half filled with unsweetened black tea, then 1/2 sweetened chai and then half citrus (?at the register area) I am glad to see they finally got rewards for us regulars... one drip(gush ) at a time!

Disappointed!

Extremely disappointed that this new location is not at all like the Kyle location where you can look at and buy all the different bulk teas to enjoy at home. This Dripping Springs just has tea drinks to buy and is very commercial looking like a touristy store with all Yeti stuff around to buy, all packaged pricey food- not happy at all!!!

Greg is The Best!

So this place called HTeaO has been down the street from my house for so long now! I’d never given them the chance that they do much deserve. Now they are all of my H20 needs and when I want something a bit sweeter and gets the job done. I grab myself one of there flavored teas. They have so many options to choose from. Don’t let the H20 Texas sign fool you. They’ve got way more than just teas and waters. I’d say when you have the chance. Go check them out! You won’t regret it!

Bama girl

I went to San Antonio TX to visit my family and they have got me hooked on this tea!! I love the Georgia peach! I I purchased the teabags and took it with me to Brownwood TX when I went to visit the rest of the family; and now they are praying that Brownwood TX gets a store. I would love them to make it where we could transfer the points as a gift to other family members, that would be totally awesome!!!

In love!!!!!

My family and I absolutely love this place! We drive from Rosenberg out to there location in South Sugarland just for a large cup of tea. I never thought I would be doing something like that just for a cup of tea!!! While the have a great selection of sweet and unsweetened teas, I must suggest you try the sweet blue berry with a splash of sweet mint tea. It is amazing!!!! They literally have the best tea in Texas!!!!

Great company

We were introduced to HteaO from a friend raving about their happy hour. My kids are now hooked and I love the price to treat them for something that is natural and chemical free. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners in Georgetown TX. They are so sweet and go above and beyond for every customer. Their leadership is reflected in their staff. They are sweet, respectful, and are hard workers. That’s hard to come by these days. If you haven’t tried it go in and enjoy!
