It is scanning through if you press the ? It showed me how to do it
Not Scanning
So dissatisfied with with app. I have been trying to get the apps QR reader to read and have not been able to do anything. I have tried all brightness settings and nothing works. To be a kids toy it should be more user friendly. I have a 5 year old that was so excited to get this for Christmas with the camping stuff she asked for from Santa and the only thing that has happened so far is tears since she can’t make the app work.
I’m glad I got the app
This is the best app ever I love the app I would give it 9 stars if I could but sadly I can’t but all you have to do is move the camera a little closer and the it will scan it is awesome
Definitely recommend
I LOVE this app but when I downloaded the app my fairy’s wasn’t blurry but when I deleted the app and downloaded it again my fairy’s were blurry so can you please fix it.
Scanning not intuitive, filters not ideal
I still can’t tell if scanning the QR on the package/instructions is supposed to do anything. I finally found how you get the fairies’ individual QR codes to show up on the bottle (double tap menu button on the fairy when in collection mode), but even then I could not scan QR codes on high brightness; I had to bring the bottle’s brightness settings down. And it’s frustrating that I have to scan each fairy individually; it would have been better if there was a way to upload the entire bottle’s contents at once. Also I don’t see a way to filter on just displaying fairies you’ve actually collected; that would be a nice feature to add.
Can scan trough the app
I bought two for my girls and we have try everything and we can hear the sound of the QR when we scanned but won’t show anything on the app. My daughter has a couple rare one and we wanted to see Them on the app but is not working.
App is completely unresponsive
When you try to take a picture of the fairy nothing shows up on the app app it does not respond at all please fix app it would be super cool to be able to see the fairy’s that were captured on the the app
Why won’t it scan?!
This is such a fun and cool toy. The app would be amazing if it would scan the QR from the jar to connect with the app. It’s frustrating. My daughter has no interest now sadly…
App has potential but falls short
The toy is cute and the idea of reading them on the app is cute but I usually have to go under blankets or somewhere completely dark to read it. My daughter lost interest because she caught almost every fairy so I renewed her interest with some of the codes from the app. They talk in the ad about all the cool fairies you can get from the codes or they they’d put some in their social media account. But there’s been no new codes since I downloaded the app. It seems like they used the app to sell the toy and then just stopped. Playing with the fairies on the app also got boring quickly. Need a game or something.
I can’t scan
I just got the app and I can’t even scan nothing,nothing is working there is not a button to scan,when I click it it doesn’t work
