BEWARE!!!!!!

This app is doing something shady with your information. I made one (and only) purchases. Got a discount. Thought great. I’ll make another purchase with the app. About 5 minutes between purchases. All of a sudden my account is paused. They claim my identity needs to be verified? So this app will allow a transaction without them verifying your identity? So I requested my account be unpaused as the button in the app instructs. I finally get a response back from them get a week later via email. The tone of the staff responding to my several inquiries (because I wasn’t getting a response) was that of irritation. Asking why am I opening so many help tickets and they would close the other tickets because my issue was resolved. BUT IT WAS’NT! I was still waiting for an explanation. A couple more days later I get an email saying that they’re not able to unpause my access due to suspicious activity on other accounts associated with mine. I don’t have other accounts. I use several app’s similar o this and never had an issue. Their customer service is horrible. Unwilling or unable to explain a reasons for the issue in question. Their response time is the worst. I truly believe they’re selling your information and invading your phone privacy regardless and f what they say. SHADY SHADY SHADY.If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t do it.

I can’t wait to upload my receipts to see my earnings!

This is one of the few apps I recommend to everyone. I have been using Fluz for a few years now and have seen it change and grow. I like that I can earn cash back immediately and can keep it in my account until I’m ready to use it. I have a lot of choices where to shop with Fluz and some of my favorites earn cash back on purchases in-store and/or online. Plus you can earn bonuses individually or with a team of friends and family you can have sign up under your account. Thanks Fluz!

The Cadillac of all shopping rebate apps

Simply put, This is the Cadillac of all shopping rebate apps, hands down. Most times, purchases are handled in mere seconds, it doesn't crash like others, it has more cashback than others, it has better rates than others, and the interface is phenomenal. The alerts are not always specifically relevant to me, but they are varied and often useful. It is a complete pleasure to use this app, and the only one I don't dread using when I open it up. Every other grocery app pales in comparison to this one in all areas.

Great way to save money and make money

I browsed this app to see if it was right for me since I truly don’t spend much money outside of basic necessities like gas and groceries. I found this app has value for people like me because of how much I could earn in referrals instead. I know plenty of people with disposable incomes that go out to eat on a daily basis or go shopping frequently that will save money by using this app. When they do that I earn money too so it’s a win for everybody! The videos are a great tutorial because it was a little difficult to understand upon first logging in. There are a huge number of stores and restaurants that appeal to everybody, so everyone will be able to find SOMETHING that they can benefit from. I will be recommending this!

Easy way to earn! Customer Service is the best!

I can’t say enough good things about this. Seriously, grab your friends, have them all join and discipline yourself to buy a gift card before you checkout somewhere and earn money back. It is that easy. Oh and you earn when your friends buy this way too! That’s it, it’s what you are already buying anyway. I have to add that their customer service is absolutely the best. They went above and beyond for me. Truly a company that deserves to be recognized for taking care of their users. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose and money that would have been spent being put back in your account instead.

Terrible!

The time you waste with trying to get your account to a point of actually working properly doesn’t make it worth the bit of money you save. Went through the whole validation process, which is understandable, only to have it only allow me access to 2 savings accounts on my bank account(out of 4, and the 2 were small amounts because they’re kid accounts). The accounts with the larger sums that I would need to use to pay, were somehow not approved by Fluz. Suspicious to say the least. I reached out to customer service on the app, it said it would be a few minutes, it’s been hours now and zero response. I finally received an email saying my account was fixed and ready to use, it was not. Then I received a second email saying the same, again, it was not. The app is crazy and needs work. The whole thing needs work though so not surprising.

App has promise but…

Been using for a few weeks…it was GREAT. I could get cash back on almost everywhere I went. It would be great if you had friends who would sign up but I don’t so that stinks. But then! One day I went to purchase something and it had told me I had reached my safe spending limit on that card! What?! The app had capped my debit card at a $500 spend limit! But there is plenty of money in that account! You get the most cash back when you use a debit card instead of a credit card. Support said their automatic system flagged my card and they don’t know when it will be released. So basically I can’t use the app anymore because I’ve exceeded the spend limit on that card and I don’t want to use a credit card. AND I can’t even cash out what I’ve earned so far because I haven’t hit the $25 minimum yet! I feel like I got my hopes up for nothing.

App went from great to ehh

HiI was having an amazing time with this app. I was getting the highest return and I was marketing the app to friends. Until they paused my account because my display name was not matching my actual name. After speaking to the representatives and fixing the issue I was no longer able to utilize the highest return because my bank account was no longer connecting. I reached out to them numerous times about the issue and after a few emails they finally were suggesting tips and tricks that I already went through (delete app, force quit app) basic trouble shooting. I assume they grew tired of the issue that they finally gave up and informed me they can’t fix the issue because chase bank simply isn’t connecting as of now. So now I am stuck with only receiving half of the return and it’s just frustrating that 2 or 3 months have passed and my balance could be doubled but unfortunately it increases by change because again… the app prevents me from connecting my bank account. I am losing money on every single purchase only because the developers can not fix their own issue on their app. This is me venting at this point. Hope the right developer gets this message and can finally pull some strings to get my situation straightened out.P.S. - I also reached out about a gift card that did not work and this was about 3 weeks ago… have not gotten an update since then.

started incredible, then absolutely ate it.

they were amazing and I was using the app as normal with multiple accounts and cards connected. after two days of normal use they flipped out, locked my account and all of the cards I had purchased, and required verification. I lost about $500 to these guys because when they locked me for no reason, the cards I had purchased and used already deactivated, so I wound up getting charged from both Fluz and the store itself. I voiced concerns through support as was met with the same thing as everybody else gets from them, only for them to reactivate my account a day layer....and charge me AGAIN for the cards I had already purchased through them, then they alerted one of the stores and I got yet ANOTHER charge AGAIN from that one. I understand things happen so I wanted to give them one last try for a tiny purchase and literally nothing connects or allows me to use my account....so I can't even write to support. Tl;Dr- GREAT app/idea...TERRIBLE software/morals. I was really excited, too :/[end mini rant😅]

Nothing But Problems…

I have had this app for a week and literally every day there is another problem. First, the app was freezing so I had to uninstall and reinstall. Then it was struggling to connect to my bank (a very well known American bank) and I needed support for that. Then it was having problems, again, connecting to my account even after verification. Now, the online store is not accepting the gift card the app created for me to use. Literally every single day I am emailing tech support just to still not be able to use the app successfully a week later. And tech support sends generic emails that make it clear they didn’t actually read what your issue is. I am willing to test this out for one more week and attempt to use the gift card in a physical store instead of online. If I’m still having issues, delete and I’ll make a video online so others know what they’re signing up for.
